I went to get my ears pierced here and when she pierced my ears, the earring went in crooked. I got 3 piercings instead of the 2 that I asked for. She said “you’re lucky it happened with me, I been here for 20 something years”. This shouldn’t be happening if you been working there for that long. I asked for a discount for the unwanted wound in my ear and she did not give it to me. There was nothing given for this disservice. I couldn’t even get the area I want pieced because she already wounded that area. I’m highly dissatisfied with this service. Do not get your ears pierced here.

Horrible experience!!!!!! Both my girls got hurt with that cheap plastic piercing gun (or the lady doesn’t know how to do it). The baby was bleeding after that, not need to mention the screaming of my 5months girl. I do not recommend this place for any kid AT all!!! They should be forbidden of doing it.

My 3 year old daughter wanted to buy me a birthday present all on her own and Marie was so patient and kind to her. She walked her around the store to help her find the perfect gift. Thanks so much. I love my gift, but more important, I loved the experience of watching my daughter be such a big girl and feel so proud of herself.

This store is mind blowing for girls, especially up to about teenage years. But even my teenager wanted to buy some things. Great place to get gifts for your daughters. I heard they are closing; if so it's a shame.

Had an amazing experience! We did our daughter’s 9th Birthday party here and everything was just perfect. Makeup, nails and Scavenger Hunt! The girls had so much fun! Noemi and Dulce were awesome hosts. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend this store 😊

Get your ears pierced here they are so nice and they pierced you ears for free it doesn’t hurt when They do it they also have very nice stuff

Pick a store that makes you uncomfortable: this one. The staff always make you feel like you don’t deserve to be in the store. They give you the dirtiest nastiest looks. I feel so uncomfortable going in every time I do I can’t last in that store for more then 5 minutes. It’s a shame because their items are really cute but I’m not going to buy from a place that makes me feel like I am less then garbage. Please treat your customers and new customers better.

Very clean store, associate was friendly soon as my child and I walk through the door ! Got a piercing and was more than satisfied . She calmed my daughter down and talked her the whole way through! Her name was Liz I believe she was AMAZING !!!!
