By popular demand, I'm reviewing Shake Shack - it is my first visit. Burgers are good. Juicy and flavorful. So is chicken sandwich. Fries are just ok - whether plain, cheesy or with bacon. Grilled cheese....bread slices looked like they were run over by the car...flat as a pancake. Not too much flavor either. Shakes are good . Seating is plentiful. You can order online, via app, or interactive kiosk at the establishment. However, for the price paid ($60 for party of 3) I consider them expensive for the value received

Patties seem to be getting smaller. Price is high, this location is always busy, and the tables are always dirty. Pretty much what you'd expect though. Burgers and chicken are pretty consistent with other locations.

Food order came fast, presentation was nice, friendly staff, shakes are delicious, lemonades are good but since it says Shack lemonade i thought it was different. Overall it was a nice experience. We'll definitely come back to this place!!

These are some of the best burgers. Cheese is great and they have a slight crispness to them which I really like. The bacon cheese fries were just ok I would probably not get those again. They were not very friendly inside, maybe because of COVID measures in place. I would return.

Food was fine. However the pooch-ini is so so. The vanilla ice cream part is decent but the cookie tastes like the box it came in.

Great spot for a quick bite to eat. The shack burger and fries are delicious. I definitely recommend grabbing a milkshake as well. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is well kept. Now for my standard comments as of December 2023. This location is pretty clean and seating is pretty spacious.

Food was okay. Fries were not hot and mushroom sandwich was not very filling. It tasted like a onion ring burger. Gonna stick to the beef burgers only. Shakes are good though. Tried the vanilla shake malted and was not disappointed.

Shroom burger was on point. 5 stars because Jonathan who brought our food was so nice. In a fast casual concept I have never felt such welcoming service. Especially with restaurants in the area! Kudos.

Everything is great. The only burgers I would eat and miss when not eating after while.

Clean, efficiently run, food is always of expected quality. Fair prices. The manager is a gem of a man who is very sweet towards young children and makes the place feel less like a fast food joint and more of a nice little local spot

Johnathon was an absolute professional. He had good recommendations on new menu items, repeated our order to ensure it was correct, and then came by to see how our meal and dining experience was going. You don't get that kind of service often. I also liked that he said "my pleasure" instead of no problem.
