Best customer service in center City.. take the extra down to buy from here!

This is a really good Dunkin’. I was a hurricane refugee for a week and used this as my office. Their iced tea was excellent, and that’s coming from someone living in the south, where we drink it like water. By the second day, the staff knew my order. The doughnuts were fresh. The staff was very fast and friendly. This is a high volume Dunks. I’m originally from Boston, an this place met my high standards of DD. They have a Baskin-Robbins, which had 2 or 3 flavors that were milk free. The cookie dough one was delicious. Next time I’m in town, this will be where I work.

Been coming here for years!! Manager man super cool. Staff amazing even if there is a language barrier. Girls roller skate in store?? Very nice

Coffee that looks like tea. The one on the left is what I made at home with a Cuisinart. On the right is the “decaf coffee” I got for the second day in a row from this place.

Terrible staff, waited over 10 minutes for a coffee, which they made wrong and spent another 5 minutes making again. No apologies... and the donuts were stale.

This is a very average Dunkin location...nothing special. The customer service is decent and the atmosphere is pretty blah...they are one of the Dunkins that also serves Baskin Robbins ice cream. Not the best Dunkin I've been to, but also not the worst. ☕🍩

I was in this dunkin for over 30 minutes. 20 minutes of that waiting for a bagel twist toasted with veggie cream cheese. After waiting that time I went to the counter to ask what the hold up was where I was greeted by rude and confused employees. Then the worker wearing the green day threw the bagel twist at me rudely saying they didn’t tell her about the cream cheese as if that’s my fault. terrible experience can’t wait to call management in the morning

They sure know how to crank out coffee better than the other guys. Faster and cheaper too. Donuts are always a blast at work when I get them.

Giving 5 stars because not only is service generally fast and accurate here, but your employee (7/2 @ noon) was exceptional. And offered to go above and beyond by offering to help carry a large order while I was carrying a baby. I will always choose to go here when possible!

Coffee was labeled as having 3 creams and 3 sugars, (I only asked for cream). When I inquired about this, the employee claimed that it was labeled wrong, and that there was no sugar. He was incorrect about this, and I was unable to correct it because it did not cool down until I was well on my way.

They tried to charge me $1.50 FOR NO ICE. The owners of this one are clearly greedy and I’ve never been charged for no ice. It’s actually insane.
