The Hoagie Hut offers hot and cold hoagies, breakfast and salads. I first visited this location over 20 years ago and it served the best grilled chicken hoagie I ever had. It was one of the biggest things I missed since moving away from the area. The grilled chicken hoagie was so good I would always compare other grilled chicken sandwiches and set the bar high as a comparison to Hoagie Hut. I recently visited and was pleased with the sandwich, but, it did lack something in flavor. Not sure if the spices on the chicken were changed or even the chicken itself they use may be different than back then, but, it wasn’t the five star I remember. Overall very nice owner at the location, the place is very well kept and clean and the food is still very good. I would recommend visiting this location.

Been going here since I was a kid. Love the hoagies here and my family always gets the usual. My go to is the BLT with the bacon well done and light mayo. It is also a must to come order their hut fries with a hoagie and a root beer. The hoagies are crispy and flavorful and just the right portions. The hut fries also top it off especially when it’s a fresh batch. I never get tired of their sandwiches and crave it pretty often so I always come back when I’m in the mood for my usual. Also love to support a local business who makes the food just right. We’ve known the owner since I was young and between different house moves. Even if we are in different towns we still come visit Hoagie Hut for a fulfilling meal.

The Hoagie Hut knows how to make a Sub sandwich. We always get their sandwiches for Rutgers football tailgate.

The food is consistently good quality, good service, and the dining area bright and clean. It's always busy at lunch time, but fret not: the service is swift and unharried. The parking lot is busy, but you can usually find a spot quickly. Certainly worth a visit.

Solid hoagie spot, easy to find and plenty of parking. Friendly staff and a basic menu, I went with a #2. Food is quality and the portions are good for the price. Will definitely be back!

Very friendly customer service. Super clean place. The sandwiches were fresh and Delicious! I haven't had a hero - "Hoagie - like that in a while and it was awesome. Blows big chains out of the waters. I always prefer a small business/ mom-and-pop place and Hoagie Hut did not disappoint.

Great hoagies, really the best around, imo. Unfortunately one of the guys making the sandwiches I’ve seen twice now (in the two times he’s made mine) not wear gloves. That’s a pretty big nope. Suggesting for sanitary reasons to please don the gloves when making the subs. That would make this a five-star establishment in my book. Thank you.

My big meal of the day is BREAKFAST, so I am very picky about what I eat. It needs to fill my tummy, provide lots of energy for my long working day and taste good! Well, Hoagie Hut makes the greatest Egg, Cheese and Bacon Hoagies! I am very particular about the bread 🍞 used in my sandwiches, and Hoagie Hut always uses FRESH and great tasting Hoagie rolls. This bread soaks in my "over-easy" eggs and makes it much easier to eat than a bagel 🥯 sandwich. I have been eating here since the late 70's and I have always a great and tasty meal! 👍 😋

The #17 (ham, salami, provolone) is my favorite one in NJ. The catch for me is how phenomenal the LTO is (order hoagie w/ everything). Bread and cold cuts are critical. On top of that, if you can notice the quality of the flavor in spices and veges, you have something special.
