Not much to praise for. Rooms were large but poorly equipped and smelled bad. Staff wasn't well trained and didn't know how to say hello when passing a guest.

The price really don’t match with what you get specifically about the service. You need to order dinner a head few hours ago and then they will serve you cold food not fresh and expensive as well. The breakfast served outside even though it is so hot and for westerns have nothing to eat even coffee don’t have and for Vietnamese coffee if you want you will be charged extra. The view there is nice and the room is quite ok

Toys for the children are not in good condition, especially outdoor ones. My child has fallen down bcoz one plastic animal on the marry go round broken

My experience at the Thao Vien Resort was amazing! I stayed there for four weeks and the staff all treated me great. The front desk staff were always very comforting and accommodating. The food was also great. On the last week I was there I got sick and they made me a steam pot and brought it to my room. It seems like everyone who works there will go out of there way to make sure your stay is awesome. I appreciate the staff of Thao Vien Resort and look forward to coming back as soon as possible.

It's 1 hour by car from Hanoi. Very beautiful n quiet place. It has both big hot n cold swimming pools and spa msg. Good Price

Beautiful Resort with beautiful flowers, Jazcuzzi, warm mineral pool and plenty other entertaiment for children. Good place for weekend runaway from crowded city.
