Excellent capsule hotel. Cool design, modern and cozy atmosphere! One of the best receptionists I've ever had! He's very friendly and he takes time to show the guest everything what the hotel offers. Very good price. I paid 14$/per night!

The staff we’re very nice, spoke decent English and and did not make the experience negative. For a hotel concept built around privacy and the solo experience it’s bit awkward to be asked for your social media as you walk in. I recommend they stop doing that. The security felt pretty strict. The guard wasn’t exactly attentive but the lobby staff were to people entering the building. So we felt safe. Men’s restroom is within the lobby floor, so 5 meters from the toilet is a thin curtain leading to the small lobby. So there’s no privacy in the bathroom. I highly recommend they invest in a door for that restroom. There was also little privacy as you changed in restroom you could kinda see through the bathroom curtains into the lobby and street. Bed wise, it was comfortable and cozy. The water machine outside the rooms were a nice touch. However, the A/C dropped in power & coolness suddenly in the night and it got SUPER hot and I had very little sleep. The female’s restroom A/C was off in the morning so it was extremely hot and muggy to get ready for my partner as well.

Never been here but watched a video about the entire experience and the staff was PHENOMENAL. Literally the nicest person I’ve ever seen. Truly unique. The genuine kindness of the staff deserves 5 stars alone

Pretty awesome place! Never really been into hostels, in fact this is one of the first I've used and I've got to say it has definitely set the bar high. The whole experience was great, the staff are so helpful. I was actually sick on one the nights and they were so accommodating and helpful, gave me traditional herbal medicine. The capsules are big enough, plenty of space, air con, folding table and it's in good shape/new. Definatly changed my perception of hostels and would certainly stay here again in the future.

Very very happy with the experience of staying here. Located in the Old Quarters, the hotel has many foods stores, restaurants and other convenience right outdoor. Inside the hotel: New interior, neatly thoughtful designed furniture including the bed complex, safe and well organized well managed system with level 2-3 for men and 4-5 for women separately. Bedsheets and cushions made of natural latex - my sleep quality was so good (stayed here for 4 nights). I enjoyed the stay so much and would recommend this experience to anyone else who need a simple, neat, affordable and comfortable place to stay overnight in Hanoi.

I found this from a YouTube video and the reception seems very nice and the hotel seems very clean and modern. I will definitely want to go there one day. Keep up the amazing work!

Stayed here for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was modern and clean. They are individual capsules with a curtain you can pull down for privacy. The young lad behind the desk when I arrived late at night was a true gem tho! Super friendly and very helpful. Might stay again next time I’m back in Hanoi.

Woah. I’m blown away by this hostel/hotel. I normally don’t like to stay at a location that has more than 4-6 females per dorm room but decided to give it a try based on the reviews This hotel blew me out of the water with their hospitality and amenities. Their standards are nothing in comparison to any other places I stayed at in Vietnam. It was like being transported to Japan. They provided house slippers, shower slippers, comfy pajamas, towels, toothbrush. Their locker and bathroom area is on a separate floor from the sleeping quarters so it minimizes noises in the sleeping area. Every part of this hotel is SO well thought out. It was like going from a 24 hour fitness/crunch gym to a equinox/bay club gym. If you’re in the US and have visited those gyms you’ll understand the differences. The price is phenomenal for the level of service you receive.

The receptionist is remarkable! I haven’t been in person, but from what I’ve seen and heard this place is kept very well, with very innovative safety features. Definitely somewhere I would stay!

Incredible ambience and very friendly and helpful staff, found this capsule hotel on YouTube and would recommend to anyone who wants to try one out, I'd definitely go there again even if I had the option of a normal hotel

It was one of the most thoughtful and detail oriented hotels that I've ever been to. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. What makes it stand out even more is the amazing staff like Mr. Hai who went out of their way to help their guests. I would definitely go back!
