Great hotel. Wonderful spacious rooms. We were welcomed well by Mwatatu at the reception despite arriving late in the night. The breakfast however was underwhelming and most of the food had ran out by 8am. It was difficult to get someone to attend to us.

It's a cool place guys you should try to come and see for your self amazing sun rise quite environment super cool by the way me and my fiance we enjoyed alot.

Very clean and well kept. The restaurant is okay but most of the items on the menu are out of stock, chicken was was most readily available option. The room rate includes breakfast but the breakfast menu is okay. The have DSTV in each room but Azam TV is only available in common areas - reception and restaurant 😕

It is a very nice hotel in Songea. There is a very good accommodation. Not only that, in Nkosi Zwangendaba, you will get delicious meals as well as drinks.

One of the best places, if not the best, to stay in Songea. The rooms are excellent for working with your lap as there is a large desk. There is AC, Dstv, WiFi, great comfort, and excellent staff.

Had good time with my family

The lady at the reception was super rude. We did a booking of 3 guests in 2 rooms. There was only one towel per room so I asked for an extra towel so I could shower cleanly. And she refused to give me a towel. she said there can only be one per room. Super unhygienic and rude service. Their mission is to be best in the town but they don't even have the basics down. Too bad. Better go somewhere where you will be treated well.
