I am giving 4 star coz hotel is tacky... other than that, great location, excellent views and spacious rooms. The bakery of the breakfast the best I tried in whole China(I lived +7Y here). There is one of the biggest malls of the world right beside the hotel ans the lake is less than 5min walking distance. Very convinient either for business or leisure trip.

Very beautiful and fancy room with a breathtaking view from the room and bathroom! The services are magnificent and food also great. Right from the first step on its lobby, I have been falling for this hotel very much! The staffs are very helpful too, especially on booking me transportation to another city. Happy that I have a chance to stay here. Facilities here are the best!

Our time at the W Suzhou was spectacular. The staff were so polite, knowledgeable & willing to answer our many questions. I recommend visiting & having a meal. Check out the stunning view at night overlooking Suzhou SIP & Jinji Lake with a beautiful coloured light spectacular .
