Rooms
and
beds
are
good,
the
young
staff
at
the
front
desk
are
not
service-oriented
and
serious
enough
though.
They
regularly
make
fun
of
customers
when
they
leave
the
counter.
The
bar
at
the
lobby
is
good
and
service
we
received
excellent!
Although
we
can't
say
the
same
for
the
"All
day
dinner
restaurant"
at
the
2nd
floor.
After
welcomed
they
leave
you
sitting
and
waiting.
Even
after
20
minutes
no
one
came
to
take
our
order
and
drinks,
despite
of
enough
personnel
being
around
and
only
a
few
table's
occupied.
They
were
to
busy
with
their
phones
or
other
colleagues.
Breakfast
buffet
was
good
and
enough
to
choose
from.
But
the
same
issue
here,
personnel
get
together
to
chat
with
each
other.
In
my
opinion
not
done
in
front
of
customers,
again
lacking
service
a
hotel
should
offer.
Anyway
it's
a
good
hotel
no
doubts,
however
you
may
expect
more
service
from
a
Holiday
Inn!
