We did lunch and dinner over here, ambience is very nice, food is very tasty. Mr. Rayees is very nice and suggested good food for us.. awesome.. reasonable rate..yummy food

While the neighbouring Nathu's appears to be more well-known, this is a good place too. We had parathas and chhole bhature there, and the taste as well as the serving size were both very good.

Had an unfriendly experience .. no welcome gesture from staff.. it felt like just a formality .. come .. eat .. pay and go. Don't what was the rush as there were customers on 2 tables only at that time J&K is known for its humbleness and love spreading nature but it was lost there. And we had breakfast there and ordered to pack chilli potato. They just packed the simple fried potatoes without even adding salt and I didn't thought to check them once as it is very famous restuarant. Later, I just threw them after all who'd eat plain fried potatoes without salt and spices.

Best food in whole Pahalgam. Great taste, good ambience and best location. It is located very near to Pahalgam Taxi Stand. Owners are very helpful. Best wishes to them and to the staff.

Its an average restaurant as per my view, Mostly crowded in evening. We tried upma, choco lava cake and aloo tikki. Upma was very nice , must try. Choco lava cake was average . But aloo tikki brought down all good things there, They served me Mccains frozen aloo tikki :)) with very light chutney and curd. This was never expected from a Punjabi restaurant. I think they should remove some items from list if not manageable.

I feel the Saag & Roti is a must for food lovers in Pahalgam. I'd been planning to try this since before my trip, and the taste lived up to expectations.

When you can't eat onion and garlic also.. this place was saviour for me they didn't had much for Jain options but whatever they had it saved me from dying and it was really tasty.

Best veg food in pahalgam, very tasty food is available here, which includes South Indian dosas with chilli karam to give taste buds alive. Very courteous staff and reasonable prices. For one couple they even provided small gas stove to keep themselves warm... very kind

One of the few Hotels in Pahalgam, which serves 100% Vegetarian Food. They have recently renovated the place. Decent Seating arrangements. We had Punjabi Thali (Roti, Rice, 2 Sabzi), Ice-Cream and Softy, taste was good. Located near the Local Market, Parking lot is nearby. Was bit surprised to see, such a good restaurant, doesn't have proper washroom, the one which they have looks like a make-shift arrangement.

One of the best Veg restaurant in Pahalgam market. We had amazing Sarso ka saag and makki ke roti, chola bhatura here. The restaurant is crowded but the staff here welcome you warmly. They are not rude, thier service is fast. Ambience wise may not be appealing but food taste is good. Thali option is also good as mentioned by guest sitting besides us. They enjoyed menu options here. Must recommend

This is an amazing place to have your food during Pahalgam stay. They serve excellent veg food and the cost is very reasonable. Not a very big in size, but considering hill station the size is decent enough and it has good ambiance. The service is also good. I saw a big team of local executives having their dinner and it was PIZZA. It seems they serve good Pizzas too

Enjoyed the food here. All veg options available. Ordered dal fry, gobi masala, baingan bharta with rotis. They serve tandoori roti made up of maida.

Went there after looking at reviews here and how I was utterly disappointed! Ordered mix veg, mushroom masala with roti, papdi chat, coconut truffle, butterscotch ice cream. Here’s what I got: 1. Mix veg: bland, tasteless, looked unappetising 2. Mushroom masala: couldn’t taste anything apart from salt. Excessive amount of salt 3. Papdi chat: tasted funny, somewhat pungent 4. Coconut truffle: basic coconut laddoo named fancy and charged fancy 5. Icecream: well, they didn’t make it I guess so they couldn’t mess that up. Had it almost 30 minutes ago and now my stomach is aching and I’m feeling pukish. They call it Punjabi rasoi, it is run by a Sikh gentleman but it doesn’t taste at all like Punjabi food. How do I know? My wife is from Punjab, I’ve been eating Punjabi food most of my adult life.

We were 4 adults and 2 infant . The day since we have eaten there , the whole trip ruined. Every one had stomach related major issues .butter roti had refined oil in place of butter. Date - 11/10/2022

Amazing experience. The food is really very tasty. It’s also very pocket friendly. But the best part is that the staff is very supportive and provides quick service. Mr. Nasir, the manager makes sure about the food quality and Mr. Rayees Ahmed looks after the orders to be deliver on time. I would recommend it for all pure veg tourists.

1 star dont fall for the thali trap .tastless no salt .doesn't tastle like a punjabi thali at all

The food was below average. The paneer butter masala was too oily and didn't taste good also the area wasn't very clean. But I do admit that the service was nice they changed the paneer when we complained but still the taste wasn't good

Very nice and clean Veg Punjabi restaurant in pahalgam. We had makke ki roti and sarson da saag which was amezing. Also we tried palak paneer, butter roti which was also good .. must recommend. Mr. Nasir is very good person, take care of us. Recommended.

Prices are affordable compared to the surrounding hotels in pahalgam, But the food items are not good as we get in sringar..i attached the photo of Veg Pulao....Matlab quantity is there But quality is not there....

16 November 2023 We were 7 persons 3 adults 4 kids Everyone is now suffering from 1. Severe vomiting -2 persons 2. Severe loose motions-5 persons We’ve ordered Pizza 🍕 which was good Pav bhaji which was just smashed potatoes Pani puri the pani they served didn’t taste fresh n we had doubted initially but then we felt that was culprit Everyone now is weakened We’d like ambience n coziness so we went there. There slither restaurant Nathu Rasoi nearby where our other family members went n they felt it very good I’ll request owner to take care of hygiene n freshness of food served
