In my opinion, the worst thing is the service and the demanding approach to the customer, just to get as much money as possible and get the customer a 30-year contract for PLN 1,000 a month. Sorry, but that's my impression. I do not recommend.

Generally, a rubbish company. Expensive and the quality of services is poor and there are many breakdowns. The Internet freezes when conducting any conversation via Messenger. Contracts that are confusing, complicated and difficult to read. There are a lot of strange quasi-promotions like "Super Paczki New HD", from which the supplier can withdraw at any time. Lack of specification and clear definition of Internet speed in the contract. Who comes up with such nonsense promotions and why? The contract should be simple, e.g. the operator undertakes to provide Internet at a speed of 200 MB/s for PLN 60 for a period of one year. It's all about the topic. IN CONCLUSION, I SINCERELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! And to supplement the opinion, they need to be monitored when it comes to Internet speed, because they may not meet the parameters specified in the contract, and this is unacceptable nowadays. When they are "wrong", it is always to the detriment of the client.

I haven't had internet for 3 days, this isn't the first time this has happened, it happens too often, I don't recommend it.

Worst cable of all, they say it is not weather dependent, only in bad weather. They are interrupted by supposedly fast internet, it doesn't want to work on two devices at the same time, when we tried to connect to the TV and phone at the same time, it worked, either on one or the other, we had to break the contract with them because we changed our place of residence and wanted to transfer the services Petrusa to a new address, but they had no coverage there and the services would be interrupted or not working at all, we received a penalty for breaking the contract of over PLN 300. So I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Failure

I've had internet with TV from Petrus for 12 years and I can't praise this provider enough. The cooperation is exemplary, if you have any questions or problems with configuring some equipment, they are always there to help, the speed is always stable without any deviations. I'm waiting for a new contract in which I have a declared speed of 1.2 Gbps!! It will be downloaded!!

Always nice service and stable connection. The speeds of new offers are the highest on the market. I definitely recommend it.
