    Unfortunately, despite many positive opinions, I do not recommend this lady. I asked the trainer to do a very simple thing - she would create a strength training plan for me and teach me how to perform them correctly. The way the trainer functions can be useful for many people, but for many it may also be crossing many boundaries and Karolina does not reflect on the individual needs of the client at all. I was constantly pestered about topics that went beyond the scope of my training and given advice I never asked for. The boundaries were severely crossed when I got sick and the trainer kept bothering me with daily messages. Cooperation no longer made sense for me when Karolina "recommended" me to ignore the doctor's recommendation and advised me to plan exercises after taking antibiotics for 3 days. When I was sick and had a fever, I received good advice, such as "pressing" for going to the gym in two days. It may have been the intention to motivate, but the lack of sense of the situation and empathy unfortunately comes across as a lack of respect for the client and the human being. It's worth taking this into account and being aware of what someone is getting into :)

    I have been practicing with Karolina for half a year, and after that time I can say that she is an extremely professional, versatile and creative specialist. The exercise plan has been tailored to my individual needs and goals. In addition to her knowledge and commitment, Karolina is a great support for me in terms of motivation and self-development. She is demanding, but also empathetic, open and very communicative, she analyzes the situation of each client holistically to find the most effective work methods.     GREAT PERSONAL TRAINER!!! The effects after half a year of working together are more than satisfactory. The training sessions are well thought out and adapted to the fitness and needs of the exerciser. When the body gives up temporarily - you can calmly catch your breath and extend the break, but until then there is no discount - and that's how it should be :) Karolina is very communicative and always smiling; you can talk to her throughout the entire workout - an hour of intense exercise passes in the blink of an eye :) If you are looking for a specific trainer, but also a nice person who will make you laugh rather than stress you out - I recommend it wholeheartedly!

    Karolina jest świetna! Nie tylko zmotywowała mnie do ruchu i nauczyła jak poprawnie i sensownie ćwiczyć na siłowni, ale też pomogła mi ogarnąć mój sposób odżywiania. Jest wymagająca, ale przy tym nie ciśnie jak nauczyciel wf-u z mrocznych wspomnień podstawówki 🙂. Po prostu motywuje w zdrowy, fajny sposób. Bardzo polecam współpracę z Karoliną każdemu, kto chce poczuć się lepiej i poprawić nie tylko swój wygląd, ale przede wszystkim samopoczucie. ❤

    Na profil Karoliny trafiłam niemal dwa lata temu, gdy poszukiwałam trenera personalnego. Od razu zwróciłam uwagę na jej profil. Z początku obawiałam się, iż nie będziemy nadawały na tych samych falach - w końcu ja jestem dosyć młodsza (mimo, iż wyglądamy jak rówieśniczki:D), nie mam dzieci, obracam się w zupełnie innym środowisku.. ;). Nic bardziej mylnego! Karola jest przesympatyczną osobą, która zmieniła mój pogląd na sport i zdrowe odżywianie. Zawsze uważałam treningi jako nudny obowiązek, teraz trenuję dla przyjemności i odpoczynku. Nie stosuję ściśle określonej diety - jem małe, zdrowe posiłki w regularnych odstępach czasu, przede wszystkim to co lubię. Tak jak Pani trener przykazała :-) Nie dajmy się zwariować! Treningi z Karoliną są bardzo urozmaicone, dopasowane pod trenującego. Karolina posiada ogromną wiedzę odnośnie techniki wykonywanych ćwiczeń. Co miesięczne pomiary wagi na Tanicie, którą Karolina udostępnia swoim podopiecznym pozwalają monitorować postępy. Do tego wszystkiego, na każdym treningu panuje wspaniała atmosfera. I feel that it gave me a lot of strength and endorphins needed during this special period. Karolina is professional and adapts training to individual needs.     I started exercising with Karolina when I was pregnant and it was the best decision I could have made;)) we trained practically until the end of the 8th month of pregnancy and we resumed training a month after giving birth - I felt great all the time, the exercises were appropriately adapted. She is always prepared, very motivating, focused on achieving the intended goal, and at the same time simply human!
