Everyone is wonderful. They fixed my jewelry while I waited. Beautiful original pieces, reasonably priced. Even though they were busy with customers, the owner made time for me. It's nice to deal with experts.

Didn’t have the best experience. Was able to get my repair fixed but very poor communication on their end about price point. They told me they would fix it for 20$ and then they say 38 upon pickup. Next time make sure you have in firm writing the price point. Owner was able to negotiate and apologize but very upset with the service upon pickup.

Excellent service. I got batteries replaced for 3 watches. It only took 10 minutes and was very reasonable priced! Would definitely recommend.

I brought a watch in for a new battery. The jeweler there replaced it immediately and cleaned it up. I couldn't ask for better service. There is a good vibe emanating from inside this shop. Highly recommend.

The gentleman was very kind and knowledgeable of products. I needed a watch repaired and he did it on the spot for $25. He even cleaned it up and made it look like new!

I had a cross pendant that I wanted engraved with the word "תמשב", or "Thou Mayest" in English. They were the only Jewelry shop in Santa Cruz that was able to do engravings in languages other than English and English. All the people there are very kind and helpful. I also got a new chain from them for my cross and it is very high quality.

Needed to have a watch readjusted. They did it on the spot for $10. I recommend.
