On a eu une suite bien spacieuse et propre, le meuble est neuf et fonctionnel. La vue est agréable. La réception est à l'écoute, bienveillante et serviable. Le room service font du bon boulot♥️♥️♥️ Vue les conditions sanitaires, le petit déjeuner est servi par le personnel, donc pas de buffet. Cependant, le petit-déjeuner est bien complet et riche🥐🥞☕. En global, hôtel le Monaco offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix-service👌 On le recommande vivement ♥️♥️♥️

Disgusting hotel no way 4* more like 1* , dirty, worn furniture and fittings. Basic amenities, breakfast is horrid and not fresh . We left the next day of our 10 day booking .

Don't stay here if you want to sleep. The kind of clients who stay here are... not here to sleep, and have no respect. The hallways were noisy from 1-2am and 6am-8am. The room above, from 4-6am, was a woman walking around in heels with two men, continually dragging furniture, playing Libyan music, talking loudly, etc. Also, my bathroom was not cleaned properly. The floor was dirty and the toilet had dried pee all over the seat. One tiny elevator is laughably inadequate for the hotel. The breakfast is pathetic. Just... no. Don't consider this place unless you are... looking to pick up a "new friend" at the Saloon rather than actually sleep.

Quiet hotel/appartement with few rooms. Not the towel rush like all the other hotels 😅 private beach, but be sure to wear shoes on the beach ( lots of glass in the sand 😒)

Horrible experience at this hotel that claims to be 4* I wouldn't even give it one star, we rented a 3 bedroom apartment and they gave us two beds and one bench bed, they didn't switch apartments until the next day and after complaining for hours, at some point the receptionist said that we'd better go to another hotel knowing that every other hotel is sold out, the water was cutting!!!!! We couldn't even flush the toilet! The breakfast is very poor (they put some pastries and stale bread and egg on a plate) when I asked the waitress to change my bread to a croissant she refused and stared screaming at me saying that they had only the residents count, the personel is hostile and the service is so slow, they rent the pool to outsiders so it's full all the time like a public pull, the showers at the pull aren't functional, the spa is closed as well as the interior pull, bottom line if you want to relax and have a stress free vacation book somewhere else PS: the only good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the beach Also I've been to several hotels while in Tunisia and this one is the worst one

The worst hotel ever. No way to sleep or to feel safe. The personal at the reception is extremely rude. For two persons we got only one very overused bathroom towel. The hotel is very dirty. Somebody tried to steal our car which was in front of the hotel. Staying in this hotel even for a very short time is an horrible experience. A hostel is far away better than this hotel.

My experience in the Monaco hotel! After traveling to over 86 countries and all type of hotels, I came to a “4 star hotel” which seemed to be nice and for a great price, what I found was the worst service than in hostels. So I came in and the men in reception didn’t even looked for my booking was just like “show me and give me”, he didn’t wanted to make an effort to go into his computer to look for it, so after me doing his job, I got assigned a bethroom in which the hall and the room was smelling terrible to cigarette (let’s state that I smoke and the smell was terrible even inside the room) then I went looking for the indoor pool, no staff spoke English, I told him the room was smelling terrible and got the room changed, then asked for a pool towel, but there was non, in a 4star hotel? Really? Ok I asked for a normal towel for the bathroom cause there was non too, and he didn’t believe me, so he came to my room to look for it and realised i wasn’t lying, so he gave me a towel that wasn’t even folded, I got mad cause is the first hotel where a simple thing like a towel is denied.... and had to come into my room to look for it... as a girl alone in the room having the guy from reception in your room is not comfortable and also . why not believing the client, then he asked if I was angry at they and said yes, and explained that is the first hotel where I have been denied a towel and been over checked in my room to see if I wasn’t lying so he went super crazy and was screaming in reception all the way to his place making a big scene which is not professional, if the client gets mad and it’s not being disrespectful, the worker should not make a big scene screaming in the lobby from side to side. Ps. Also they charge for the entrance to the beach... what’s the point of staying in a hotel with beach if you have to pay extra? Anyway wouldn’t consider a 4 star hotel treatment plus compared to Europeans and Americans this would be rather a 3 or maybe even 2 star ! The lift is super old and takes a while, the breakfast is pretty bad!

great, but still they have to work a bit in order to do the hotel worth 4 stars. The coach, the chicken, the bathroom ... don't meet for sure 4* criteria. But for this price is a good hotel.

The hotel is located in good spot near many restaurants and right at the beach. They have 24/7 security guards and friendly staff. The price is about 100 TND. Rooms are clean. There are 4 restaurants/bar downstairs and can get load until 2am but that is not every night maybe during the high season. It is safe and clean.

I don't recommend the pictures not you see online not real and the people in front disk not Professional

hotel correct , rapport qualité prix points positifs : bon emplacement pour visiter Sousse ou profiter de la plage petit dejeuner correct ; chambres confortables avec balcon , chambre propres avec lits confortables , télé , WIFI , etc ... points négatifs : personne de plage impolis voire agressifs. Salle de sport sans électricité , donc pas de clim'... dommage ! musique pas forte mais TONITRUANTE aussi bien sur la plage , qu autour de la piscine ! le soir , nous entendions aussi la musique de notre chambre c est dommage car l hotel est bien situé. par contre ; on est plus dans le 3 Etoiles norme francaise , que 4 Etoiles ,

We selected this location primarily due to its convenience. The reception warmly welcomed us, and we were satisfied with the ample space provided. Our room was impeccably clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. However, one minor drawback was the inconsistency of the Wi-Fi signal. On a positive note, the breakfast was served with a pleasant demeanor, and the food was both hot and delicious. We look forward to the opportunity to return in the future.

Rien d’exceptionnel, chambre spacieuse mais climatiseur qui a fuit pendant qq jours, petit dejeuner deja preparé sur des plateaux donc pas top car pas de buffet. Je mets les 4* pour le staff de la piscine qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme sans nom. Toujours disponible, efficace et agréable, il faut les féliciter. Le restaurant de la piscine est très bon.

Le but de cette notation c’est l’amélioration, la chambre était propre mais le service dans l’hôtel était inexistant, l’horaire des repas change sans notification, le petit-déjeuner est franchement décevant à un point inimaginable. j’espère vraiment qu’ils feront des efforts parce que l’hôtel a un très gros potentiel The purpose of this rating is improvement, the room was clean but the service in the hotel was non-existent, the meal times change without notification, the breakfast is frankly disappointing to an unimaginable point. Not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are ok, WiFi signal weak and breakfast very simple. Great location though and access to beach and surrounding area.

It is not a 4 stars hotel. Few rooms with king beds are available, the breakfast is a disaster and the pool they put too much Chlore on it. The tourism sector is declining rapidly in Tunisia, not clean as before and people are careless. If the tourists will feel that they are not welcome to Tunisia, that's a big loss for Tunisia. Stay tuned.

I've passed a nice stay with welcoming personnel, the only inconvenience for me personally was a terrible WiFi network.

Très bel hotel

Horrible dated and worn residence and NOT a 4* hotel as advertised. Breakfast was stale and leftovers served again next day, limited options, very poor quality. Rooms are appartments and the kitchens are poorly equipped, no tea or coffee making equipment as stated in fact it is so poorly equipped you have not utensils or cookware let alone serving tableware. The fitness room is locked and you have to pay to use it. The lift and area around it is wet and has puddles of water in it from residents swimming in pool and then going up to thier appartments. The beach is smelly and has the sewage of sousse come in to it . It stinks and is dirty, there are bugs on beach due to this.one There are only 6 apartments with sea view. This hotel is a disgrace advertising as 4* but more 1* and that's generous . For prices your are paying go elsewhere you will find much more for your money. I was booked for 10 days but left after 2, I was charged for the 2 nights and felt very disappointed as the website and pictures is in no way a reflection of what you get. Despite all this misery the staff were helpful and friendly. The housekeeper was very nice and helpful. They lack linen and towels, sheets are worn and stained, pillows are flat and when asked for more none were given. No way should they advertise as 4* and the beach is a health and safety hazard. Felt this place was not for families, no entertainment or otherwise. It is close to the high street and shopping centres. Would not recommended This place to anyone. The spa is overpriced.

I had a bad experience with the hotel, broken door, broken shower, gym room that doesn't have electricity so you can't workout after 6. And most equipment doesn't work since there is no electricity. And the ones that don't require electricity are broken! At least they had dumbbells!! Wifi doesn't work half the time and had poor breakfast experience! Definitely not a 4 star hotel!

No way it should be a 4 star hotel ( 3 star at max) they closes the swimming pool after 5, wifi is slow, the food served in the morning shouldn't be even called breakfast just a boiled egg and small hardened baguette!
