Excellent place, good for the English speaking tourist, the staff worked hard to fulfil my somewhat eccentric order of expresso and ice cream mixed in a cup. Good and clean with nice helpful staff. Recommended.

Ordinary fraudsters! In the period when we were here (August 2023), the exchange rate was 1 EURO = 3.39 TND. We paid in euros, the waiter calculated the exchange rate of 2.5, he told us "his big boss calculates like that". I couldn't help but react, and when I tried to talk to him, he pretended not to understand, and until then we communicated perfectly in English. Shame on you!

1 star and It deserves it. Let’s start with the service, first of all, the server thinks he’s a cloud database, the guy listened to all my order as if he will remember it by heart. It was around 5 things that he forgot totally and after 20 mins he came back asking again. Secondly, we ordered 4 drinks, he forgot 1. Additionally, the portions are super small for some of the menu plates. Anyway don’t come here.

Franco coffee used to be my favorite place to stay every time I come back to Tunisia for vacation. The only reason was the location. Until tonight August 25th 2023 when I went there suddenly 3 young guys stopped me, rudely, at the entrance and they did not let me go in. They said I need reservation. Which was not true. I traveled a lot every where in the word and I never saw something like this. I went to many places : Greece, Italy, Spain, France, south America, Canada, many states in USA, where I live, and I never had this kind of experience. My advice to my compatriot is don't stop in this place, expensive, bad service, very long time of waiting, very bad management, bad food especially their cheesecake and crepes, just keep walking for few meters we have other much better places for family, couples or single people cheaper and better quality of food and services. Personally, I decided to never go back there. I am a general manager of a restaurant high quality in USA and I know how it works and I know this place will drop down on a short time because I am sure many customers like myself will stop to go there and other new places will open. Stupid management lol.

I went for some ice cream, and even though it is a gelato cafe...they told me they had no ice cream...at all. Also, when it came to paying the bill, they said they had no change. Will not be returning.

Terrible service! We waited for 35 minutes for a someone to take an order. Nobody came even after we called for one. We eventually walked out.

Came for some tea and shisha. Waiters were very friendly and attentive. Shisha and tea was really good. Only negative was the bouncer at the front who tried to deny me entry by saying 'there are no tables' but then proceeded to let three Tunisian men in, right in front of me. When I questioned him on this suddenly he let me in. Imbecile.

We were here for lunch couple times while our stay in Sousse, we were staying at Movenpick just across the street. The food was good, good prices and, specially, very good service and kind staff. Both days we were talking with Fiera (sorry if the name is not written like this) and he was really kinkd and nice with us, he even spoke Spanish. Good place to go!

Scam - stay away!!! I had dinner at Franco's and wanted to pay for the bill by credit card. After I entered the pin, the credit card terminal went black (out of battery). The staff then ensured me that my card had not been charged. They insisted that I settle the bill with cash, which I did. However, the day after I saw that my credit card had been charged for the full amount. When I went back to Franco's the staff on duty said that the manager was sleeping and could not be gotten hold off, and they could not do anything regarding charging me twice. So somebody got a very nice tip the night before. My recommendation is to stay away from Franco's!

Food is bad. The service is worse. AVOID
