Les chambres n'ont pas du tout le confort annoncé dans le descriptif (draps tâchés, télévision "cube" donc qui ne reçoit pas les chaînes satellites, pas de mini-bar, vieille clim qui fonctionne difficilement...), la piscine intérieure n'est pas fonctionnelle (elle est quasi vide et c'est de la vase au fond), la piscine extérieure est hyper dangereuse car le carrelage est cassé de tous les côtés, les toboggans sont aussi très dangereux avec de la réparation très bancale, le mini-golf n'existe plus, la piscine longeant la mer est devenue "privée" donc il faut payer pour y avoir accès, le SEUL restaurant est une catastrophe (pas de choix, pas de quantité, très mal cuisiné), les ascenseurs fonctionnent mais sont très cassés, très peu de transats en bord de piscine qui ne sont pas cassés, le ménage à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur est à revoir car il y a des détritus dans tous les sens, le personnel de l'accueil est désagréable envers les Européens, le wifi fonctionne qu'à l'accueil mais très rarement... Un voyage (qui semblait avoir un bon rapport qualité/prix au vu de la description) très cher pour très peu de services proposés !!! A fuir
