We
don’t
normally
leave
reviews
as
we
are
easily
pleased,
but
feel
the
need
to
let
everyone
know
the
truth
about
this
hotel!
Me
and
my
boyfriend
booked
this
hotel
after
reading
so
many
good
reviews.
When
we
arrived,
we
were
happy
with
how
lovely
the
lobby
was
and
how
easy
it
was
to
check
in.
When
we
got
to
our
room,
we
were
surprised
that
we
had
been
given
two
single
beds
pushed
together,
as
we
had
booked
a
double
room.
We
found
hairs
on
the
bed
and
floor,
as
well
as
many
around
the
sink
and
toilet.
We
struggled
to
settle
on
the
two
beds,
as
they
kept
moving
and
my
boyfriend
fell
down
the
middle
a
few
times,
so
we
asked
to
change
rooms
and
we
were
charged
£30,
which
is
not
acceptable
as
we
booked
the
double
room
in
the
first
place!
The
man
who
we
spoke
to
on
reception,
was
rude,
not
helpful
and
made
us
feel
uncomfortable
for
wanting
to
change
rooms.
The
new
room
had
no
kettle,
no
small
mirror
in
the
bathroom
(which
I
need
as
I
cannot
do
makeup
in
the
big
mirror
as
I
wear
glasses),
the
toilet
was
leaking
all
over
the
bathroom
floor,
the
shower
goes
from
hot
to
cold
and
the
air
con
only
blows
out
hot
air.
The
bed
linen
was
never
changed,
they
would
only
make
the
bed.
We
wanted
to
keep
our
balcony
door
closed,
to
avoid
mosquitos
coming
in,
but
the
cleaners
would
leave
it
open
all
day.
I
understand
we
have
come
out
of
season,
but
there
is
literally
no
entertainment
even
though
there
is
a
fair
few
people
staying
here.
The
food
is
absolutely
atrocious.
Everything
is
cold,
but
they
put
boiling
water
under
the
trays
so
it
looks
like
the
food
is
hot.
When
we
complained
that
the
food
was
cold,
they
told
us
to
use
the
microwave
to
heat
it
up,
which
is
a
food
hazard
(as
a
lot
of
the
time
they
were
serving
rice).
The
food
hygiene
in
the
restaurant
is
outrageous.
When
you
sit
down
to
eat,
there
is
never
any
staff
to
get
you
your
drinks,
at
times
we
had
to
get
up
ourselves.
There
is
a
“A
La
Carte”
restaurant,
which
you
can
book
into,
but
the
food
is
just
as
awful
in
there.
The
spa
is
ok,
there
was
a
funky
smell
in
there
and
the
robes
they
gave
us
didn’t
fit,
but
they
told
us
they
didn’t
have
any
others.
There
were
no
signs
within
the
spa,
so
we
had
no
idea
where
we
were
going
because
we
were
just
left
to
it.
There
was
a
day
where
the
hotel
was
full
of
local
Tunisians,
so
we
asked
a
member
of
staff
what
was
happening.
We
were
told
they
have
a
meeting
like
this
every
couple
of
weeks,
which
was
no
issue.
However,
the
men
made
me
feel
extremely
uncomfortable,
as
all
they
did
was
stare
at
myself
and
many
other
women
around
the
hotel.
They
made
me
feel
the
need
to
put
a
jumper
on,
so
I
was
completely
covered
up.
The
best
thing
about
the
hotel
was
the
bar
staff.
Haikel
went
above
and
beyond
for
us,
he
always
had
a
smile
on
his
face,
was
super
friendly
and
was
always
happy
to
help.
Overall,
if
you
want
to
lose
weight,
hug
the
toilet
all
day
and
be
bored
out
of
your
mind,
come
to
this
hotel!
We
definitely
will
not
be
coming
back
to
this
hotel,
we
would
rather
pay
a
little
extra
and
actually
go
to
a
5*
hotel!
