In the center of Sousse, free parking nearby. Very clean, spacious and very well equipped rooms. Visiting a hospitalized relative, I cannot give my opinion on the service.

I had my notification carried out there. The nurses and doctors are all very nice and even if you don't speak French or Arabic you can communicate! English works too. Clear recommendations. Rooms very nice, modern and bright. European standard equipment and furnishings. The staff is relaxed but also quick, you don't have to wait long (as is usual in Tunisia) and appointments are kept. Price/performance top I am very satisfied, thank you for the nice stay 😇Inshallah you will get many more happy patients.

I am a tourist. I went there for emergency due to very bad urine infection, the doctors and nurses there took well care of me. Recommended!

Les locaux sont parfaits, l'hygiène est correct. Voici ma mésaventure dans cette clinique : Mon grand-père s'est fait hospitalisé suite à une chute pour une intervention chirurgicale "pose d'une broche." A son retour d'opération son dentier avait disparu. Les soignants après avoir cherché dans la salle d'opération et partout ont fini par nous dire que celui-ci avait été déposé dans la chambre et que c'était à nous de chercher de notre côté. J'ai insisté en demandant de chercher dans les poubelles, en vain. On est revenu me voir en me disant que le dentier a été déposé et qu'ils allaient revisionner les caméras de surveillance pour me le prouver. Quelques heures après une soignantes réapparaît demandant des excuses, ils venaient de le retrouver dans les poubelles. Et pourquoi s'est il retrouvé dans les poubelles.???...parcequ'un soignant, dans la salle d'opération, avait mis le dentier dans un gant en latex qui avait fini dans la poubelle. On me le restitu dans le gant en latex. Bravo vos protocoles!!!

Unité RADIOLOGIE: Service d acceuil nul !!!!! Il me fallait revenir à 4 reprises pour pouvoir recuperer un comote rendu d IRM (après 4 jours de sa réalisation !!!!!) 😡😡😡 avec personnel d acceuil non professionnel du tout. Très deçue.

Very satisfied with their service. I don't understand bad reviews. Everyone is not only friendly but also professional. Good and clean atmosphere. If you are looking for a hospital in Sousse, I strongly recommend to visit this one!

Hygienne irreprochable chambre spacieuse tres confortable.infirmieres au petits soins . Juste lorsque vous reclamez une bouteille d'eau a plusieurs reprises et a 3 personnels différents il.ma fallut plus de 2h pour l'obtenir, manque d'humanité. Le chirurgien et les anesthésistes sont excellents, salle doperation tres propre et lequipe est tres professionnelle. Dr kaffel est un tres bon chirurgien humain et contentieux de son travail et des résultats et tres s l'écoute.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone was super kind and professional. I can’t really speak French, so everyone tried their best to explain everything in English. If you need medical help I highly recommend going here

I can't help but give this medical clinic one star otherwise I would have gladly done so. Sin! I had to assist a friend of mine during her illness. She should have been admitted to the YOSR clinic in Sousse to undergo an appendectomy operation. Her surgeon, with her consent, had also booked the operating room. The day before it was decided to visit this facility. To see the hospitalization room, to find out what expenses we would have to bear and more. Nothing could be done due to the unhelpful and professionally inadequate staff. The receptionists even appeared impatient with our requests despite having understood that the operating room and therefore a room had already been reserved. I won't add anything else except that the good morning was seen immediately. Stay away

Absolute mess! The same person that's answering the phones is the one that goes in and does the procedure. What a joke! Need to hire people for the amounts of money you charge!

5 stars well deserved, I am French of Tunisian origin and I was apprehensive about the medical service in Tunisia. But I was pleasantly surprised. They have nothing to envy of European hospitals, I would even say the opposite, they overshadow them. The clinic is perfect, the cleaning service comes regularly in the rooms, the clinic is well maintained, the rooms are beautiful and pleasant. And the staff has nothing to complain about, very competent, the nurses took great care of me. I keep a very good memory. THANKS

After six days of my wife's hospitalization, here is our experience in brief: - External doctors at the Top including Dr M. RAMZI MO3TAMRI. - Very disappointing staff and medical staff and especially nurses with inappropriate or even rude behavior, zero skills with the exception of one or two. -cleanliness and correct food. --Not recommended in the end Room 409
