Good
morning,
An
update
is
necessary
after
6
years
of
the
first
opinion
that
I
keep
between
two
lines
below.
I
admit
that
things
have
changed
a
lot
since
then.
2023//
I
take
my
son
for
a
severe
fever:
-
Direct
support
(they
didn't
even
ask
me
to
register)
by
the
nursing
staff
(not
the
security
guard
at
the
door,
we'll
come
back
later).
-
a
first
staff
makes
a
pre-diagnosis
by
noting
the
various
information
(beats,
oxygen
level,
etc.)
then
a
brief
visit
to
the
waiting
room.
-
visit
to
the
doctor,
diagnosis
made
+
prescription
in
not
even
20
minutes.
-
Smiling
doctor,
she
takes
the
time
to
explain
and
reassure
(I
can't
judge
her
skills,
but
she
seems
very
competent
in
explaining
the
why
and
how).
Only
downside:
the
security
guard
who
mans
the
emergency
entrance
door
(he
thought
he
was
a
doctor
when
he
asked
me
for
the
symptoms
to
set
priorities!)..
It's
getting
better,
but
there's
still
a
lot
to
do.
Pi:
A
lot
of
incivility
noticed,
patients/visitors
who
insult
each
other
for
anything
and
everything.

To
change
a
dressing,
they
asked
my
wife
the
following
question:
"Where
do
you
live"
then
"You
are
not
allowed
to
treat
yourself
here",
and
this,
after
having
gone
to
the
checkout
of
course
.
PS:
I
live
2
minutes
from
there..
incompetent
staff,
cold
welcome.
