The owners are extremely friendly. Any car can drive on the short dirt road to the house. The house is amazing! The owners are very creative in the way they decorated the house. We had a great rest at Silwerkaroo.

The owners are the most wonderful people! They are very welcoming, kind and friendly. Their guest house is decorated so beautifully, with a lot of restored historic pieces. The scenery around the farm is also stunning, beautiful pieces of art everywhere you look! An added bonus is the Padstal. They have so many delicious homemade bakes and treats. Rusks, ginger biscuits, milk tart, pies - we've tried them all!! We absolutely love it!! I would highly recommend staying at the Silverkaroo.

Henco and Bennie are super stars. They could not do enough for us. The best chicken pies I have ever eaten. The guest cottage was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. As for the sunsets and sun rises - stunning. What an incredible place to relax and unwind

Wonderful over night stay, in the hart of the Karoo. Owners very creative and restored the place with so much charm. Ecellent, we will recommend it. Also the Padstal had a lovely breakfeast and beskuit, cookies and meat for a braai. Spoil yourself here for an overstay.

The perfect stay over. Lovely renovated old farm house with stunning decor. Great braai facilities and fireplace for cold nights. We have never seen the stars shine so bright! Will definitely stay over again. PS. Henco se beskuit is baie lekker!

Beautiful, isolated guest house in the wide open spaces of the Karoo. Tastefully decorated. Accommodation and facilities more than adequate.

After a long drive to or from the cost best stop over welcomed with home made bread and the jams to gone back for, for the little ones can assist in feeding sheep.
