My daughter and son-in-law were also there for an eye test and spectacles, and were just as satisfied with the service. They go that extra mile that makes you feel so special and in the comfort of your own home. I had to go back for an adjustment and they didn't even hesitate to assist me, on the contrary, it turned into a nice visit. Their services has always been cheerful, professional, friendly and inviting. I went back for another visit and treated them with cake because such service should be celebrated. What an amazing experience! They were kind enough to fit me in on a very busy day. On top of that everyone there were so friendly and attentive. Dr Mckenzie is by far the best Optometrist I've been to in 25 years. He took the time to ensure that the prescription was the very best it could be as well as testing other factors and showing concern for other health issues. I felt cared for and in good hands and my new glasses prove that. I can finally see again.
