Door lady on Duty tonight had no sense of humor bouncers were so rude full of testerone in my opinion. Unfriendly night club. The age group 18 years and under. I tiny tap on door lady as a joke. Got me no entrance . So 10 of my friends of decent age did not go in. I have been frequently been to clubs all my life and never been so badly treated. Firstly the under age is profoundly sad and i do think someone should investigate age,drugs and behavior of the staff.

We saw two Indian guys minding their own business at the bar, next thing two white guys bumped into them by mistake and dropped their drinks. The Indian guys questioned them, and the white guys wanted to fight … bouncers threw the Indian guys out. My group watched the whole thing. Overly racist

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Club 386 in Umhlanga and was blown away by the experience. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with great music and a fantastic vibe. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in the door. The drinks menu was extensive, with a great selection of cocktails, beers and spirits to choose from. The bartenders were skilled and attentive. The food menu was also impressive, with a wide range of delicious dishes that were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The highlight of my night was definitely the entertainment. The DJ played a fantastic mix of music that had everyone dancing and having a great time. The live performances were also a great touch, with talented artists who kept the energy high and the crowd engaged. Overall, I had an amazing time at Club 386 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out in Umhlanga. The combination of great music, delicious drinks, and fantastic entertainment made for an unforgettable experience.

Bouncers looked at our IDs and said they were fake, they weren't and we were kicked out. No sense of decency or decorum. Just plain rude.

Trashiest club in Durban. Bouncers behave as if they’re running some kind of club with some level of class. There’s an entrance fee and it’s definitely not worth it to pay for something as dirty as this 😂

Door lady tonight was so rude . If that's what is expected as you arrive can't think what would be inside,all under age kids. Bouncers full of testerone in my opinion. The lady at door has no sense of humor. She should not be working there. Tonight you have lost 10 adult's not kids. Very sad that club in umhlana would not appreciate the old has been of Durban. But we have money.

Staff member hounded me for a tip even though they never served me. This is because I asked if I could keep my jacket behind the sushi bar counter. He declined to take a smaller tip I offered so that he would stop. Once he got his larger tip he avoided me the rest of the time I was there. Wouldn't even give me my jacket back, I had to ask another staff member if they could get it. This club is unbearably hot as well, and having paid for VIP I was hoping to have a more enjoyable experience. I was not allowed to leave the club with the complementary bottle of Absolut that was included with VIP (Unopened). If you decide to come to this club, you'll most likely be forced to buy vip to be able to sit down. And even then, it is likely that the club is over capacity and you will not get a booth.

VIP section upstairs is quite spacious but the club needs to work on serious ventilation as it gets unbearable with heat! Also please get new a new DJ

I have not been to this club but I will not recommend it to anyone. A photographer posted pictures of people on social media which led to these people being bullied. As a photographer it is your duty to post the best pictures. STAY AWAY FROM CLUB 386.

By far the absolute worst club you could ever go to. Over crowded, staff members swear the customers!! It's absolutely ridiculous, they don't care about the customers AT ALL. They just want your money, no passouts when it gets full. The AC doesn't work. VIP section is basically the bare minimum at any other club with seating and breathable air.

I would like to start by saying that I was SOBER. Bouncers harass and touch you aggressively even though you female. I will be taking this matter further most definitely. The manager and the bouncer refuse to say their name when asked aswell. Long queues to enter even though you paid for VIP and no tables whatsoever. I literally experienced the manager swear people and push them for no reason. Vomit every where, and the entire place smells disgusting and is over populated I get that some people are very drunk and it can be frustrating for management. But to treat everyone the same is disappointing Definitely would not visit this place again.

Worst club that I have been to Bouncers are the worst and faulty for no actual reason. Rather spend my time and money at a local place than at this joke of a club.
