Mandy was an absolute gem 💎. Efficient and very professional. Even the manager on duty. Unfortunately I didn't get his name was a great help to me 😁. Awesome service from both.

So this just happened 10 minutes ago. I went to Fishaways to get my favourite, squiggly pops and the lady at the counter says they’re out of stock. I immediately logon to my Mr D app and see that I’m able to buy. So I go home and buy the squiggly pops and guess what, the same store accepts my order and delivers my squiggly pops! So why did the lady at the counter say they’re out of stock????

Fishaways has become expensive and lacks value for money. I ordered a fish and salad. The equivalent portion of fish and chips is R39. The salad options is R79. The salad option is a grilled fish. Albeit it is a small portion of fish. The salad is a big portion. As a measure of value I could have gone to OB and for R10 more had a 200g fish with butternut and spinach. Doesn't make sense.

I Love Fishaways. BUT at this branch, the Lady behind the till decided that because the R20 note that I was paying with was torn, she would not accept it. Despite it still being LEGAL TENDER. The manager then called me back and apologised profusely and made sure that my meal was prepared to standard. Thank you Makosi for your refreshing attitude. Oh & the meal was as expected, Good

The staff is friendly, I was served by Mandy .She is always smiling and very energetic. She also knows her regulars and welcomes them with love

2nd time that the cashier is very busy with her own things and forces you to wait until she has the time to very irritable ask you what do you want??!!?? I made the mistake to try the new Snoek & Chips🤢 The snoek was lovely but the chips was not cooked properly!! Had to throw more than half away and because it was a take out did not want to waste fuel taking it back!! Once bitten - twice shy!! But nope - I experienced this horrible service twice!! Never again!! Will rather take my money somewhere else!!

Sooo disappointed in my food... I ordered the snoek with rice. The snoek had this horrible taste and I could not eat it any further unless I wanted to get sick. I will not be going there again. My money completely down the drain...

Excellent customer service, Delicious food, one of the best fish take aways ever, thank you guys. If you find yourself in the area be sure to give them a try for a quick bite.

Worst experience ever. It could have been resolved but manager was reluctant to resolve initially. They over cooked prawns and was shriveled and hard. Before opening the package we requested for it to be remedied and the answer was No. We then realized that they forgot to pack one meal that was ordered and the manager refused to come on the phone. Eventually he did come on and insisted all was complete in my order. I had to pack everything back and go in to the store to show them the pack received and asked him how on earth would the short box fit, to which he finally replied that he checked cameras and the chef forgot to make the meal. Thr person packing it also didn't check the order. I was very embarrassed as I was short of food at the table with my guests. Very poor service from manager down to staff. Terrible experience and ruined the night by the extra trips to the store.
