Just have to say that the food was delicious and the prices were not bad. The sizes of the meals were really big and would 100% recommend this place to eat again. The service I received here was the best. My waiter Kusandra and Antoinette, the manager was always checking in and made sure everything was top notch. I have been going there for about a month every other day for the Thai Chicken and Sweet Potato soup which I am officially addicted to now. Well done on whoever figured that recipe out for us. The staff and the managers ensure that you have an incredible experience and take special notice of their returning customers (they're always so warm and welcoming) and take special notice of meals and beverages the customer love. They are always to give great meal recommendations. I love how there's always something changing on the menu seasonally.

My nephew Jensen and I love to come to Mugg and Bean Vaal Mall. It’s our favourite Mugg and bean. We always feel welcome like we are friends! We had the mini burger platter for breakfast and it was EPIC. Our waitress was Tsepiso ands she was beautiful and so helpful! The manager Riana made us feel special and right at home.

Kusendra served us this morning 02/09/2022 @ 09h00. Her welcome was excellent. She also brought our food in no time. She cleaned our table before we sat down and also removed used utensils. We are very impressed with her service. We'll surely recommend mug and bean to our friends and family
