I really enjoyed this place. My daughter had her 13th birthday here. First, shoutout to the staff- incredible. So friendly and helpful, I can truly say they contributed to a good experience! The day went smoothly and the kids really enjoyed themselves. I like that this place is set apart from the arcade. With others they’re meshed and the kids get distracted by the arcade games. It’s also extremely clean and well managed! There are bowling alleys closer to my home but I’ll keep coming back to this one

It was really nice to visit this bowling alley after many years. The place is kept in good condition everything works as expected. It would be great if they placed a wash basin or at least provide disinfectant liquid as you can imagine how many filthy hands are on those bowling balls *eek* I would be visiting soon again, with my own wet wipes.

Me and my family we usually come here and enjoy ourselves, but today we’ve had bad experience the stuff was not friendly, they separated us, we couldn’t play together as a family, we were rushed to play, also while we were playing they were standing there infront us waiting for us and that wasn’t nice, we were distracted couldn’t play and enjoy, they were busy distracting us taking out the balls. We usually enjoy our time but today it was really bad experience.

Lovely spot to spend time with kids, friends and family. But the staff are not motivated, and take away from the experience with their general sense of boredom and lack of customer service or training. I would rate the place 5 stars, if the staff added to the experience.

Its the second time I arrive, just to be told they closed. The first time I arrived at 10pm and this time I arrived at 9:15pm just to be told they already closed. I then referred them to their very own poster that says last games at 22:15.

The reception lady harassed my wife for a cool drink and had zero customer service skills!!!! Really? In a plca like this? Is this the kind of staff you keep?

I beat my friend at ten pin bowling, she will never hear the end of it. It's a nice place, very organised and it's child friendly.

Poor service the service consultant are busy talking to each other and not even assisting when the machines jam.

We had a fun evening here. However the people next to us did not know the first rule of tenpin bowling. I.e. Don't throw the ball that it ends up bouncing in the alley. We complained to the staff but they didn't seem interested. A massive maintenance cost could be avoided if you trained your staff on how to bowl. It's also very off-putting watching this total disregard of common sense on how to bowl. I'll be trying out a different Ten Pin bowling alley next time. Furthermore the maintenance guy must have gone to fix the mechanism in our lane 3 times in the space of the 30 min.

There is no set rules here regarding footwear. People are wearing the own shoes. I complained about it and absolutely nothing was done even after pointing it out to a staffer. The rules clearly states you must wear bowling shoes, socks or barefoot

The queue is horrendous. It’s a nice place to hang and play but I stood in the queue for 30min, by the time I got to the ticket point of sale, I couldn’t purchase tickets cause they said it was full. We eventually left when we were told to wait another 25min. If there’s a pre booking system perhaps??? Maybe that could work.

This is my very best Spar - lovely staff and such a clean store. The bakery and pancakes are just the best. Motherland has also become one of my favourite coffee shops. The Breve is just amazing.

Constant malfunction in system on TV and having to stop every few throws, would not recommend playing at montecasino ten pin bowling!

The staff are rude and unhelpful especially the person behind taking the bookings. We waited over 45minutes because half the alleys were not working. When we did get to play the game kept freezing and you have to go call someone who is very uninterested. In one game it froze over 4 times. Never again..

Clean and well seviced.

A fun place to bowl, the environment and lightning and its overall atmosphere are great. For the best overall experience I suggest going with a group. Also take note of the shoes you wear to bowl, though you can get bowling shoes there.

The staff here was extremely rude and made the atmosphere unpleasant. I suggest using your money at other entertainment facilities Monte has to offer instead of going bowling.

A fun outing to go to with friends and family. There needs to be more attention paid to younger guests as staff will do nothing about unruly kids (I’ve seen a bunch of kids with no parents almost get hurt due to playing around in the lanes). machines do experience technical problems from time to time that can put a damper on the game. Overall it’s still a very fun atmospheric place to go that’s value for money.
