Great sound in this venue. Ive been to a few partied here and i have never been let down. With the right croud this makes for a great safe place to be in. I do think that outside area is lacking comfort. It needs more furniture as inside gets a bit much with all the smoke.

Great venue. Pitty they don't have fine control of the Bass, so: On the wrong setting your ears will be blown out without getting to enjoy the full spectrum of the music and you may suffer permanent damage. On the right setting: an awesome loud audio experience. May the odds be ever in your favour.

The best venue I've ever been to. So thankful HOT1027 has access to the venue. Jingle Jam 2023 will be forever part of our memories.

Attended the HOT102.7 pilgramage party at the sound room. What a fabulous party venue! Multiple bars so getting a drink was easy. The sound was amazing and the atmosphere was awesome! Fun evening and stunning venue.

Quite an experience. But not for the claustrophobic.I guess and so are other clubs. Great music, great crowd.

Such a cool night out with Hot 102.7 FM to support Jingle Jam .. Music was great, service was amazing and overall an awesome night, with loads of dancing and good old fashioned fun x

Poor customer service part of the visit? Got overcharged for my bil. Bought 2 single brandies and coke, charged me 140... wow is this what happens on the regular? First time visitors, not coming back. I'm sure if I had a few too many I wouldn't have noticed, but I did, how Many people are being overcharged?? Happend now at the 102.7 anniversary party

The staff very friendly and professional, the quality of the sound is above the high average, the food i can't really comment...i taste it but was already in the middle of the night so would be unfair to jug! definitely a venue I will recommend.

I attended the Hot 1027 Jingle Jam at this venue. The sound and atmosphere is phenomenal. The service was great. We had an awesome time. Would definitely recommend this venue for parties and themed events.

Great venue for the Bump reunion. Only drawback was the lack of experienced bar staff and there was no option of no sugar or Coke zero.

They really aren't exaggerating when saying this place has the best sound ever! Proper banging tunes with all the bells and whistles while still being able to have a conversation with your mates and not walking around with ringing ears for the next 3 days. This place is what it means when people talk about sound production done right. Well done, I'll gladly support this venue again!

102.7 Pilgrimage Party was a special event. Atmosphere was superb. Bar service could have been better. Food or snacks would have made a huge difference.

Awesome club, well ventilated, clean, well maintained, good bar service, amazing lights, courteous staff throughout, spacious pristine ladies bathroom - Cannot fault this venue. Well done! ......on a par with "Escape" in Amsterdam.

What an amazing place.. Too many fond memories

Nice venue, unfortunately, can't say the same about the audio. With the many, many loudspeakers focused on the dance floor, it seems far too overpowered, one note bass, tone dropouts, and the world of acoustic resonance. Unfortunately, some well-known original music could not be recognised as original due to the poor setup of the audio. You can have the world's best audio equipment; improperly setup will still sound like a tin can.

Extremely nice venue. The best sound I have heard in forever and the staff is awesomeness it self..... Just watch out, you might meet the love of your life there as well 😊😉
