On 25 October my partner accidentally cracked his frames and was desperate to have them fixed. I went to my optometrist's surgery but they did not assist us. We arrived in Stanger and went directly to Spec Savers. The team first tried to fix the frame for us but we were not happy. The team then managed to find a new pair of frames which was just a perfect match. The technician transferred the lenses in less than 5 minutes. What an amazing team. They were awesome. Collected my son's glasses today at Kwadukuza Mall. The front staff strike an amazing balance between being highly professional and friendly and empathetic at the same time. Communication from booking an appointment to collecting order is just perfect. The Optometrist patiently and clearly explained the whole procedure and findings and gave clear recommendations.
