Great place to do shopping...i really enjoyed myself...

Busy and full. Waited quite long in the queue to pay. Little room to move between aisles and clothing racks. Popular and affordable but too crowded!

No cashiers at the tills sometimes and frequently have long lines and wait times. Stock of items in small and medium sized are also very limited. The store however is clean and spacious.

No properly working aircons in the store. Store is still stuck in the stone age, they do not accept tap to pay.

Best clothing shop for everyone and every pocket.

Do better. You can't be having 3 out of 11 tills functional on your busiest time of the year. So frustrating

First of all, whoever Ackermans' current buyer is I appreciate you so much. The wide and fashionable range of clothes they stock now is awesome. They have really branded and marketed themselves to the younger target market so beautifully. Affordable and great clothes. The staff on the floor was quite helpful as well.

I don’t know if u have few staff or ur staff are incompetent. I had to get a stick to get clothes that were far at the top. U are supposed to have staff doing that for u. When I got to the till, I found a group of staff just standing there whereas they could have been assisting people to buy.

I placed an online order/Click & Collect. The order took 7 days to arrive, one of the items ordered was not available to ship, I was told the item would be refunded by the store I'll be collecting from. However, the store had no information about this, they said the head office will be processing the refund. I was left perplexed by their processes. I think their Click & Collect service has some way to go before I'll consider using it again. Even the security guy didn't recognise my delivery note, now I had to explain why I'm walking out the store with a receipt he doesn't recognise 🙄 Update: The unshipped item isn't refunded still so I did a walk in to the store to enquire, it was yet again a back and forth conversation (head office says store must refund, the store can't refund an item not ordered from their store as it will cause stock loss🤦🏽‍♂️). The store stuff is friendly and helpful but the head office isn't cooperating or at least being active on resolving the issue. I don't get it.

Love this branch it is big and has a huge variety of clothes for women and children they don't sell mens clothes tho

During the week , in the morning , it is not that busy so it is great, the tellers are really friendly , but weekends there’s a long queue ….no one will help you on the floor , you’ll have to make a plan if you need something that is located in those upper shelves

If I good give it a 0 star rating I would. Very poor service! From the moment I walked in I greeted the 2 ladies at the door and they didn't even greet back. Upon going to the counter to exchange items the one lady was busy on her phone and giving me half answers, once completed she just left the money on the counter and walked away, didn't even say anything! Would never ever shop at that store again.
