Great store. Great service. Got what I needed without too much fuss. Quite busy. There is a gentleman that sanitizes the trolley for the customer - bit of a queue here but it moved quickly. Got all the products and produce I needed for that shop but did notice other things were short on shelf. Sanitization station on entry. Update: still having issues with empty shelves.

We went first time to the restaurant in Benmore shopping centre. Only 4 tables had people. No one of the staff acknowledge us as we sat down. Eventually I got up and asked a waitress if we could be served at our table. Very unfriendly response, but yes. After 10 minutes we ordered our lunch. Only to be served 45 minutes later. Some lame excuse was given about the kitchen did have to restart? Eventually the food arrived and was good and tasty. But none of the waitresses ever smiled and behaved very unfriendly. Please Woolworths, do some training here.

Woolworth is a department store with a good clothing section and the second largest supermarket in Sandton City. The selection of sandwiches and bakery goods are very nice. The grocery items seem to be a little more selected at all.

Woolworth Santon is a shop that we can call it everything you can imagine of clothes for children, women and men, household supplies, and a very huge supermarket with a variety of assortments of meat, chicken, fish, different types of cheese, dairy products, healthy eating products, and everything you can imagine, and sometimes there are strong offers. The friendliest store. With amazing service. Ohh and if you shop from them you don't pay for your parking ticket.

The prices were really friendly. The variety of shopping items was also so great. It's safe and easy to navigate

It's been a while since I have been back to this (one of my favourite flagship Woolworths stores) and I must say that I am disappointed. Certain convenient entrances to the store have been closed off, the store is overstocked (difficult to navigate) and the merchandise (clothing sizes, shoe selection etc) are not great anymore. This used to be a go to shop for items that you couldn't find in a stock standard Woolworths. Sadly, I am not sure I will make the effort to shop there anymore.

Woolies Now Now Sandton City Woolies have opened a new healthy food store called now now 1. Food is healthly and delicious 2. Staff was amazing 3. Menu is huge 4. smoothies are great 5. Great healthy option in Sandton 6. Seating is limited , so when its busy getting a table is a problem I highly recommend it as you can have a healthy , delicious meal in sandton city

It was So Fantastically awesome!! Went there to get a particular shortbread 😉and they had the coolest touch screen thing you could get your gifts personalized at!! T-shirts the works! Very Cool. Very nice staff!

I haven’t shopped at this woolies but the cafe is clean, the food and drink are good and the staff are friendly. It’s a nicer place to have a coffee than in the mall food court if you want a bit more peace and quiet.

What an amazing aray of goodies to choose from!!! I am impressed with the stores move away from plastic and so everything now has biodegradable paper or cardboard wrappers.

I couldn't fault this place even if I tried to 😅 it's got variety, the staff are super helpful and friendly. Even today, we were looking for a size of sandal for my mother and it didn't take long for us to be helped and even for us to be told whether the store had or not. I'm happy with my experience in the store 😉

What an embarrassment of a store manager,Raymond johns! A specific product i wanted to purchase was marked wrong and suppose to be on a sale When i told him that he scanned the product and did not show me the screen and told me it was an online sale only. Which he lied It was both online and instore.There’s a certain rule as woolworths company policy for wrongly marked items. I complained to head office over 2 weeks ago Nothing has come out of it A different manager from the store contacted me to confirm that it was an online sale as well as an instore sale. Confirming that manager Raymond Johns lied! She said she will call me back but never did!What company is this where employees cant even follow company rules Every time i call,they tell me a manager will contact me but no1 has and its over 2 weeks!

Their lotions are good and get decent options in clothing, Tho some of the clothes I bought had issues of lint rigrh after first wash.

Woolies is Woolies I guess, and good for basics, baby things and nighties. Today I had terrible service from an unwilling lady at Witchery, but found some work t's at a great price. I do wonder if Woolies is trying to morph into Edgars?

Decent variety, biggest store, staff is generally there to assist. The food section always has the friendliest cashiers. Added bonus is their longer operating hours :)

Loving the Plantlove range of plant based food from the grocery. The selection is tasty, fresh, and definitely leading the pack among the big retailers. Surprisingly affordable too.

Not sure other people's experience. Mine was self help like most stores in SA. Change rooms were full. Lady at the entrance seemed uninterested. Otherwise nice big store, you are more than likely to find what you looking for.

Clean store, nicely packed but I struggled to find uniform shirt sizes for girls and apparently some were displaced and never taken back to the correct aisle. Supplement your school uniform supplies, my daughter demanded Woolworths girls school shoes and luckily I found the size, yippee.

Most Woolworths branches are clean and don't have spoiled stuff on the fridge shelves, except this one. These peaches had green stuff as on the picture. A bit disappointed. Hopefully they correct this.

It has a big floor, double storey. I'm assuming it would have more variety, otherwise there's better Woolworths stores with a smaller size to this one. Not the best I've been to.

Took my son there to purchase a suit. The salesman was extremely patient and showed my son a number of different styles and fits. After trying several suits, a process which took almost an hour, we found the one he wanted. In all this time the sales person never left our side. My only regret is I did not ask for his name but did thank him personally.

Excellent as always just the staff needs to pull their socks up, very laid back and "Not" helpful to customers when requiring an item ... it's like the one passes buck to the other, not once but on many occasions.!

This is the place for all premium shopping. However, I gave it a 4 star rating because of the lack or limited signage for directions which would be very useful for any first-timer. Overall, the restaurent sells great food.

We had to wait and start looking around for assistance; we had to wait by the tills and the cashier could have take off the security tags on paid goods so long....we were taken by a surprise by the main exit. They could have done better overall that hot Sunday

Best service ever! Friendly staff, always willing to help, especially the homeware and ladies section. In the homeward department you always leave with a smile and now bedding, the staff are always on their toes willing to assist and give best advice. Foods department is also great. The entire staff and security guards are friendly. Best food and great quality on clothing!.

A very big store but the planning and layout of the premises is excellent. Departments on each floor are set out for as little inconvenience as possible to the customers! Very convenient

Great floor plan, everything is organized. The staff is the best always ready to assist with a friendly smile. You always get what you're looking for. The only thing they need to put more options when it comes to boys shoes for sizes under 6.

The operating hours at the Woolworths in Sandton City are long and if you need to do grocery shopping in the late afternoon or early evening, this Woolworths would definitely cater for you. It's quite a large store with an extensive variety of food items and clothing items. The lines to pay at the cashier tills may get long at times, though. Otherwise, very well situated in Sandton City with safe parking available.

Great experience with the woman at the Woolworths make up counter - I was looking for a bright eye shadow for a themed party, that had to be vegan and cruelty-free (which all Woolworths make up are), and there wasn't one in the range and she showed me the Catrice pallettes, which had a perfect match (also vegan and CF). This is the standard of good floor staff!!

Big and neat. I love the fact that they have a plant/flower station. I come here to get house plants and flowers. I bought 2 huge fiddle leaf plants online for delivery and got amazing service.
