Reception staff is utterly useless. Send me 3 times to get documents from home which they did not tell me the first and second time I was there. Please go to a different branch because these bunch of people does not want to help you.

Sars Springs Reception is totally unprepared to deal with members of public... I was treated in the most unkind and unacceptable manner ,I arrived 6:20am and waited in line until 8:15.. upon entering, I explained I'm there to submit vat...due to my Efiling is Not working... I had to put on my laptop to Show the lady... I was then asked to have a seat without a ticket ... she showed me where to sit...she told me that Vat Consultants only arrive at 9am .. I asked if there was anyone else to assist with VAT ... the lady’s response was most aggressive and uncalled for she “”Reply “DO YOU HEAR ,DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME”” I said yes but is this written Somewhere , I didn't see it.. She SAID “”It’s Outside” “DO YOU WANT ME TO SHOW YOU” I decided to leave altogether ... and when I went outside there is no such information I found to this extent beside a notice explaining Saturday times This is not the way to interact with people... her manner was so unfriendly ..as if i was disturbing her ... Also judging by the previous Reviews SARS doesn't seem to Care...

Some of the stuff is rude, I was helped by a guy chewing something the whole time while talking to me, he was rude and very unapproachable!
