What a wonderful store and staff. The new manager Dudu advised that i call my medical aid to rish my glasses which she also did on her side. As promised, the glasses came within a week and the same Dudu helped with collection and her bright smile. Keep up the good work and a special mention to the optom as well; friendly and extremely patient.

I've never had an issue with their service but now they're just doing their own nonsense. I ordered a new frame 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to be ready within 7-14 days. Whenever I call they say that they will call me as soon as they're ready and I'm still waiting, which is a major inconvenience to me. When I called today they said the glasses will arrive today and they will call me back. Guess who's still waiting??? Very disappointed.

Received the most amazing service. Was helped the second I walked through the door by Mbali and team. Staff really went the extra mile when answering questions and finding the best fit for me.

Friendly service, efficient, great communication. Loooooove this frame!!! My best pair yet! Worth the fuss I put Uyanda through when picking the frame. There was a bit of an issue with them & they got delayed but the communication was awesome. Easy online order tracking too. Found different faces when I came to collect but they were just as awesome!

Loved the energy as I walked in, quite young, fresh and vibrant and that’s when I knew I came to the right place Victor is a force to be reconned with, easy going and the entire consultation was a flow and conversation. Bonolo took me on a frame journey and was quite patient with me - we went from one block of frame displays to the next until we settled for a Boss frame because I’m a boss. We came across medical aid obstacles that Dudu solved within a blink of an eye and I can safely say, BLACK EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE

Unfortunately there are not enough stars to give this wonderful team of experts. I was treated like the owner of the place, with lots of respect professionalism and the value shown on any of my questions. the simplest think to select a frame was made like I was selecting a wedding ring or diamond. Dudu, was also amazingly patient with a wonderful smile. the whole team was a breath of fresh air. Well done ladies, keep up the great job.

May I also add that Tatenda (I believe that is her name) is an absolute darling and a wonderful asset to SpecSavers. Her level of Customer Service is wonderful and she was super helpful from the day I visited the store for an eye test, to the day I collected my glasses. I came in with a panic that I had broken my glasses and to my surprise Dudu and Bonito assisted me immediately and advised that I look for a frame and they will do a transfer. I could not help but keep looking at myself in the mirror when the frame they chose was better than my old one which I loved as well. That place feels like home. When one enters, you never want to leave. I am happy and ill definitely coke back. Quite a vibrant team

I came to the store with red eyes from over wearing my contacts and was attended immediately. I was advised to get glasses so that my eyes can rest. I ordered contact lenses and Zuzi (Sithembile) and Victor tested my eyes while Tatenda assisted me with frames. I was in such a panic and they calmed me down. Thank you so much ladies. What a group of enthusiastic young individuals.

Visited for eye test. Best service ever the receptionist is the star of customer service and Mr Victor was very helpful. I would visit the place any day and will recommend to all my friends. Excellent work guys.

The service from the reception, eye test to receiving my glasses and contact lens was excellent. The ladies assisted me throughout the how procedure and explained various payment methods that Spec-savers offers. They are also very welcoming.
