We had a fantastic time, in the Caprivi Strip in Namibia, in Cape Town, and in Pietermaritzburg. Tiffany from andBeyond helped us organise internal flights, our trip out from Cape Town to a winery & the penguins at Boulders Beach, and also a pelagic cruise, and found us a camp in Namibia where we slept in a beautiful tent (pictured) by the Zambezi river, and saw carmine bee-eaters up close and personal. Living in the UK, we've visited South Africa several times now, both to see our Aunt and go on safari. Tiff has helped us organise these trips which have taken us to Sossusvlei and Phinda and more. We travelled many places in Africa and we can confidently say that &Beyond team is one of the best we met. Every single day of our holiday was filled with amazing experiences with all our logistics, accommodation and tours being taken care of. When one of the scheduled flights was cancelled Cleo arranged a private plane at no extra cost. Highly recommend and will certainly travel again with &Beyond team !

Leandre was amazing in guiding us in planning the perfect honeymoon and our first time traveling to Africa. She helped us figure out what we wanted and tailored the entire trip to our needs. Leandre and the entire AndBeyond team took care of everything from booking our stays, flights, ground transportation, tours, and having someone greet us & guide us through customs at the airport. The AndBeyond lodges and staff were absolutely amazing, the kindest and most welcoming people that we have experienced while traveling. This amazing trip also occurred in the middle of a pandemic. Leandre and the staff arranged for testing that enabled us to travel between countries in Africa and back to the USA. The testing was extremely convenient and alway came to us. We never had to leave the lodge or hotel to be tested so it never took time away from our trip. We felt extremely safe from a Covid perspective. While we were there Omicron was discovered and additional travel and testing restrictions were put in place. Leandre contacted and set up additional testing to meet the new requirements and offered to help with any necessary travel changes. I highly recommend Leandre and &beyond.

We absolutely adore Ali! She is always so helpful and makes herself incredibly available to you. We love her so much that we used her four times to book safaris. She is incredibly knowledgeable about different safari experiences and lodges, and she will definitely help you find the right fit for what you are looking for! Seranne is a true professional. Not only she is extremely responsive but she was instrumental in the choice of the destinations for our honeymoon. She patiently shared a wealth of information, answered all questions we had prior to booking. She understood our wishes and needs and executed lots of modifications during the process that was made very easy for us. Once we booked, the follow-up was second to none, even on weekends, answering all the concerns regarding COVID and civil unrest in a couple of destinations. Leandre orchestrated a wonderful trip to Kenya at andBeyond's Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp. We had heard about andBeyond from friends and Leandre & the team did not disappoint. Leandre was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions - putting us at ease about traveling with the various COVID protocols in place. We felt very safe while in Kenya - they had better pandemic safety protocols than parts of the US. Kichwa Tembo was incredible - the facilities & staff made our belated honeymoon a delight. They went above and beyond - our guide Jeremy - was just the best. We loved staying at one camp for a week and getting to explore within the Mara Conservancy and having a nice home base with attentive staff and gorgeous rooms to come back to after game drives (which never disappointed!).

Hi.We had the pleasure of Melanie booking our weekend New Year 2021 trip away at Phinda Mountain Lodge in Kzn, South Africa. Melanie was excellent and prompt and responded to our query on a Sunday:) Our room was beautiful, and the lodge excellent. The only thing that needed improvement was that there could have been a mosquito net over our beds as the rooms had a thatch roof and there were spiders and insects on the bed. But the staff, drinks, and food were exceptional. We will be recommending Melanie to friends and family. Well done and keep up the great service.

My husband and I spent 11 days in Kenya and Tanzania with &Beyond for our honeymoon. It was the trip of a lifetime! We had the most incredible time - the lodges, food, hospitality, game drives/activities were beyond our expectations. We planned the trip 2+ years ago with Melanie as our travel agent and have had to make multiple changes due to COVID - Melanie was extremely responsive and accommodating. My wife and I were incredibly fortunate to have experienced an extraordinary honeymoon with &Beyond in Kenya and Tanzania. Melissa really went above all expectations and planned a unique bespoke trip for us which we will cherish forever. Melissa had actually been working with us for 1.5 years in making our trip happen, from planning different itineraries, to navigating through the difficulties of COVID-19 and last, but not least, arranging last minute details while we were on safari. Navigating from different places without the help Melissa and the &Beyond concierge service team would have been rather stressful; but thanks to Melissa we really were just taken care of like true VIPs, from start to finish. Going on safari with &Beyond has been extraordinary in its own way, not only were the camps, the staff and the guides fantastic, but everyone working there seemed truly passionate and always went beyond all expectations. We came to realise that &Beyond, as a company, really invested and cared for its people, both personally and professionally. We also noticed how happy and proud people were to work for &Beyond which meant that all guests were always treated as royalty. We were lucky enough to see the big 5, two cheetahs making a chase, a leopard playing with her 2 young cubs, several lion families with their cubs and much more! The other aspect which really stood out was that our rangers/ guides were true advocates for African conservation, they were passionate by their jobs and definitely the best in the business. Long story short, it was great to see how &Beyond invested in their people, the care of the land and in wildlife conservation. We will definitely be planning a safari within the next few years and we will most certainly book our future trip with &Beyond and Melissa. We are truly thankful for you Melissa!

Bronwyn has done it again, another fab African safari trip with brilliant game drive experiences, lovely first class hotels, and seamless travel connections. The game drive experiences were different at each lodge and complimented one another, the trip exceeded our expectations. The lodges and hotels in South Africa that we visited all had very good CoVid-19 protocols in place and we felt safe and protected. We have worked with Bronwyn for 10+ years, including &Beyond Chile travel as well as multiple African safari trips. Her attention to detail, responsiveness and knowledge are highly valued and she assembles an amazing trip each time we travel. Highly recommend.

Travelling during a pandemic seems like a daunting task. But, I will happily say that Karen and the andBeyond team made the experience easy and seamless. There is no doubt you will pay extra to travel with andBeyond. But, you will immediately see the value in every aspect. The attention to detail is something I have never observed to such a high level with any other resort. In regard to Karen specifically, she did an amazing job. After telling her my ideal itinerary, she planned what ended up being a perfect itinerary that included safari and beach for the exact number of days we needed. As changes arose - as they invariably did - during COVID. Karen immediately made adjustments. This included flight changes, changes to COVID testing, etc. And, two days before travel, we even had to make a small itinerary adjustment - which ended up working out just fine. I typically plan my own trips. And, I'm very good at doing so - even complex ones. But, I cannot express how much Karen's assistance in the planning of this adventure made a huge difference - especially with the logistics involved. If you are wondering if the pandemic is the time to travel, the answer is simple. If your country allows it and you feel safe doing it, this is a perfect time to take a safari. Alone in the wilderness with the animals is about as safe from COVID as you will feel in months. Looking forward to my next andBeyond adventure!

We did a lot of research and took a lot of time before deciding on AndBeyond. We travel a lot and as we researched we met (by email) Tonya Siebert. She listened and patiently made recommendations. We over time realized we wanted to see as many animals as possible and the great migration. The more we understood what we wanted to do the more focused Tonya’s recommendations became. Tonya walked us through the advantages of each location and helped us understand for us AndBeyond UnderCanvas and AndBeyond Klein’s camp were right for us. UnderCanvas you see the migration, Klein’s you can go out on a game drive at night and go off road looking for animals, especially lions. This trip was the most expensive we have ever done but worth every penny. We have had many “bucket list” trips. This was the best. Tonya helped us decide how long to stay, when to go and what to do. We had high expectations for this trip. Tonya and the rest of AndBeyond exceeded it. There are many ways to see Africa and many tour operators. After this trip I would highly, highly recommend Tonya Siebert and AndBeyond.

Sheehaam did an outstanding Job: She planned our 21 day long &Beyond experience and Sheehaam and &Beyond stood up to (and far exceeded) their reputation. From the very arrival in Johannesburg to our departure, we always felt in good hands - especially with the bureaucratic restrictions due to covid. Regarding covid: you won't easily find a place as safe as South Africa - especially the lodges:The took our temperature, staff had their mask always on, there was disinfectant everywhere - they even brought it into the bush. All the Lodges and Locations were chosen with great expertise. Even though we were on safari for 3 weeks every day and every Lodge was feeling so different. We had the most incredible sights - not only by chance, but by the careful observation and the knowledge of our guides. It felt like we were constantly in a national geographic documentary while having all the luxury and comfort in the world. Thank you Sheehaam for planning our trip!
