My experience with specsavers mall of Africa was great. The service I got from the manager (Sandra) to the Doctor (The optometrist) was just great. They are so friendly and welcoming.

Such amazing efficient service with a lovely optometrist that goes out of her way to assist. My husband who needed contact lenses at short notice due to our holiday trip, walked in to the Mall of Africa store this evening with a request for monthly lenses, which was given to us within a matter of 10minutes. Would highly recommend going here as good customer service is so hard to come by nowadays :)

Fantastic professional service by Marlize. I went in for a eye test today. The staff are really helpful and Marlize is a kind and passionate optometrist. She listened to my concerns regarding my eye sight. I would highly recommend Specsavers Mall or Africa.

I received great customer service here. Sandra was especially helpful in correcting a small error in my original contract. She followed up several times to keep me updated regarding the status of my contract. Even though I don’t live near Midrand, I won’t be visiting any other SpecSavers branch but this one.

From When I entered the store I was welcomed with a very warm and caring reception lady by the name of Makhali she was very friendly and helpful, very bubbly lady made sure I was well taken off until I got to a point where I needed help to choose frames. Oh and Dr Monica, very informative lady, passionate about her work made sure I was comfortable from when I entered the testing room. And now I can see. Happy to have dealt with them.

Excellent service. My glasses were ready within 24hrs after my eye test. I was helped by Sadra and she is just amazing. She was friendly, and super helpful. She helped me pick a frame that makes my skin pop. I was very pleased with the treatment that i received at this spec savers. Everyone is just super nice and approachable.

I've been thinking about getting glasses for so long, and I finally made up my mind to go to Spec-savers Mall of Africa because my eyesight was getting worse.
