😠 I am shocked to see how this business deteriorate. Some of them really don't care how they look. Not professional or efficient! at all. Very disappointed in their service.     If there's one regret I have in life, it would be doing my contracts through this branch. Don't bother with phone calls or emails - clear your schedule and head to the store for whatever it is you need. Or better yet, use a different branch.

    I have always had great service at this store over many years. Staff are friendly and most helpful. I highly recommend using this branch for all your MTN enquiries. In particular I'd like to mention Hope Ntuthuko who is really a clued up young man. He is efficient and I really trust his advice.

    Very friendly staff but no answers. It's been a week and no word from you? I suppose losing customers because of after sales service doesn't hurt the coffers

    Thanks to Genevieve, I finally broke off my romance with iPhone and took the plunge into the unknown. I upgraded to a Realme C55 phone (come again, what) and, wow, it's lovely! Deals on comparable Samsungs and iPhones didn't come even close. Thank you Genevieve and Oakfields MTN for knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service and helping me to make the right choice!

    Initial service was adequate but subsequent service has been terrible. Details were incorrectly entered into system - I am yet to receive a statement 2 1/2 months after wifi subscription. Went into branch last month, took them 45min to correct the error. Still haven't received my statement - I was told today they don't know why, I should just wait another month. Asked if I can upgrade to faster line, told no, I'll have to cancel and reapply - even though I initially asked for the faster line but was told the slower one would be adequate. The 'manager' was rude, could not even look at me when answering and answered in grunts and one word answers - the same person who made the initial error in my details. It's a pity because the MTN product is great, but the service at Oakfields is awful. I will be looking into cancelling my subscription, and if another MTN store is not close by I'll be looking at another service provider.

    Three starts for being open after 5pm, when no other cellular stores at this shopping centre is open.. and anthor two start for the man behind the counter that paid the R5 that I had to pay for a new sim, out of his pocket. You rock! Will recoomend this place for excellent service.

    Worst experience I phone once the lady told me the lady that helped me would phone me back 2 hours and 15 min later still no phone call when we call no answer people work very unprofessional and very lack of service Very bad customer service I would recommend moving over to another branch

    The young man was very helpful and the lady that does help with repairs or questions is excellent. The other staff gave me problems as I am near deaf. They could handle elderly people better it they listen to the question asked and have more patience.

    I signed up for a contract on the Sunday. However there was a computer issue so I went back on the Monday and they sorted out. They even came to my house to install my wifi. Well done to JP for going above and beyond.

    Staff appear friendly and helpful. However aren't willing to assist with what you as the paying client want, and instead attempt to sell you alternative packages / devices instead of just trying to source the stock you want. Went to an alternative store, and staff immediately managed to source everything I wanted and placed an order with their warehouses to get what I wanted.

    I have been going to this store for over 10 years and have 3 contracts with them. The service has always been excellent! However, my recent attempt to upgrade was a disaster. The young lady who assisted me was totally distracted by something she was watching on her phone. When I asked about the features on one of the phones she said I'll have to Google it! After an hour of sitting there, my upgrade was referred... Her response was that she probably forgot to send a document... I was then told she would get back to me the next day... That was a week a go!! I phoned the store today to speak to a manager... Was told they are too busy and will phone me back shortly... That was 7 hours a go. What a disappointment to experience such shocking customer service... Will be taking my business elsewhere...

    I will not recommend this branch at all , they don't answer when you call the store , when they do, they lie about calling you back. i have ordered a phone on our account with them , 3 weeks ago until today they have not started the process. they don't know how to take care of their customers

    This store is pathetic. The guy didn't want to help me, he said I should call customer service - which is only available Mon to Fri. What is the point of the store then? He just didn't want to help me and wanted to take a smoke break at 9am, when I left the store he was behind me going on a smoke break. I went to MTN Farrarmere and they helped me immediately. Please rather go to MTN Farrarmere.

    If I could give 0 stars then I would. 10/10 would NOT recommend this mtn or mtn at all. They don’t know how to run a business and give false times . You’re expecting a phone/card/data plan in the time they give you but they lie and it takes at least 3 times longer. Very bad business management. Xxx very angry teenager
