😠 Worst service I've ever experienced. Stood waiting for almost 20 minutes at the counter where I wanted to purchase a R1000 cellphone cover.     Worst service I've ever experienced. Stood waiting for almost 20 minutes at the counter where I wanted to purchase a R1000 cellphone cover. There were only two staff members in the store, both of them busy with cellphone contracts. I was ignored like a stop street, not even a sign of acknowledgement. How do they not have ANY cashiers where you can just take something off the shelf, pay and leave. Even after asking to be assisted, I was looked at as if they were doing me a favour, so I took my business across from them to Telkom where I was assisted with a smile.

    Went in again to report my son's death as he had a few MTN contracts. Very unhelpful and rude. Had the cheek to tell me to calm down and then they will help me, I was very calm....I left as the contracts not in my name so no loss to me. Poor service and bad attitude.

    After my son had been rejected by Cell-C twice, I told him to go to MTN and they instantly approved him. His credit score was built up, he earns more than enough money. Thanks MTN

    Please don’t trust the staff! Especially the manager. I took my mom (pensioner) to get a contract with mainly data for her to be able to access her accounts. After more than 4hours I had to leave but has shown the trainee what package (data) she wants and he said he will get all the paperwork in place and just get her to sign. The manager was in and out of the store and after 4hours the trainee made my mom sign the documents (on the managers order) without it being completed and send my mom home. Two days later the phone was still not working and my sister took my mom back to see that all is in place. They reassured them after another hour, it is. The next day my mom’s data was finished. As they have not emailed the contract to my mom the next day we went again to the store. Only to be told the trainee wrote the incorrect (talk) package on the paperwork. We were only told, my mom signed and have to just accept the incorrect package for 36months. I went back again and said I am not happy as that was not the package the trainee has shown us nor was that the one I have asked for and was it the trainee’s mistake under the supervision of the manager not ours! Then We were told she can only migrate the package in three months. The store manager said she will make sure they upload more data for my mom until then and to date (more than two weeks later) my mom still does not have data. The manager’s word is not honourable, she was not there to assist the trainee, they are not competent in writing down the correct package name and then make you as a customer (pensioner) just having to pay for something she did not ask for!

    This MTN Store got a make over and the layout is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful and ready to help you. Visit in store or online for more information and specials. Wheelchair friendly and easy accessible. Ample paid parking options available in the mall. Best to park closest to the Game entrance on Atterbury Road. Recommend visiting them next time you need to visit MTN.

    Worst experience ever!!! No correspondence. Device been there since September under warranty - claim its no longer under warranty without supplying sufficient evidence! Tell you to contact their supplier directly if you want feedback!

Your assistant from Samsung was so helpful in ensuring that my fiancé was set up right on his new phone.     While the person helping me was very dedicated the whole process was very tedious and drawn out. It shouldn't have to take 3 separate visits to get everything I needed.

    Even the most fundamental task takes hours. Standing in line with 20 other upset customers for two hours waiting to be served. Snail slow. The service at any government department is faster. Avoid this place.

    I have done several upgrades here in the past. But seems only that specific gentlemen works - rest of the staff is absolutely useless. Just rather stay away... 3 visits and still waiting 40min. Still not done...

    The service was excellent when taking out a contract in the store. But the service over the phone is terrible. For every question asked the same answer: come in to the store. Even for a normal query, they can't help over the phone because all the staff is busy with customers. When I phoned later, the phone was not answered. Very bad service over the phone.

    Service at this store is very disappointing the consultant is more then willing to help you get a device and when you go back after having the device for less then 3 days to complain about the device the consultant does not want to help you I would advise to go to another service provider. After being with MTN for more then 10 years I am extremely disappointed in the manner at which I received service from them and would never again use the provider. I will be moving to MTN and will most definitely ensure that I never refer anyone to the service provider

    Bianca at this branch is the most helpful person I have ever come across at any retail store. Absolutely top service. She even went ahead and did all the needed admin on her side before we even came to the shop to do the upgrade keeping us up to date as she goes. Really hope she is recognised as a real asset to the company. Thanks Bianca!

    Friendly staff and generally good service however lacking when it comes to e-sim knowledge as they were adamant e-sim services are not available however soldiered on my own to get e-sim services working

    Very poor service, expect to wait upwards of 40 minutes on any given day that is slightly busy. The queuing system is flawed and it doesn't make much sense. The staff at the front is pretty rude.

    Worst MTN experience ive ever had, my phone stopped making calls but can receive calls, i have been in store for 3 hours and everyone has tried assisting and nothing worked. I was forced to do a sim swap and pay R150 for it as i was told this will fix the problem and it didnt. I want a refund. We contacted mtn customer care they reset all neccesary settings and still nothing. HLR settings and barring settings and still nothing. My phone still doesn’t make calls and its bad for my business. Mtn customer care switched off the call and does not assist me any further.

    Disappointing after sales service, first in the store in the morning and waited 45 minutes to book in a 1 month old faulty MTN Mifi router. I still cannot understand why it takes 30 minutes in and out with other customers in-store to take out the contract but 1 hour in and out to return it.
