Their mantra is to come every 3 months or even longer to be seen for any pain unlike chiropractors who want to see you every other week. Been to Sam Hall osteopaths 3 times this year so far which proves their mantra. First time Andy saw me, I didn’t even realise how much tension I was carrying around my shoulders.
