A place that's way overpriced. The quality of what they offer doesn't match the price. That's so sad, my hubby spent his money on a nice gift for my birthday and this place gave mediocre service. I don't recommend it.

Extremely disappointed with customer service. Manager was unnecessarily rude. Safe to say after many years coming here I will not be returning or buying gift vouchers after the treatment I have received.

I've been regularly visiting cocoon over the last few months and I absolutely LOVE this place! The spa is gorgeous, I always feel peaceful when I'm here, the ladies are all lovely, but especially my massage therapist Sophie, she is always smiling, she's kind, she's welcoming and her massages are phenomenal. I’ve had two treatments at Cocoon and thoroughly enjoyed them both! It’s a gorgeous building and unlike many you hear no outside noise. I love that they don’t make you go through the tedious forms that other places do not try and sell you products, that is just a plus for me! Both treatments have been extremely relaxing and all round amazing! From start to finish I had a beautiful experience and also loved that they actually do the designated time that you book for. A winner in my eyes! X

Experience was good .knowledge from staff about colour for first timers, staff not so good. I'm now officially a oompa loompa and have the height to to fit the character. Never had so many showers to lighten a tan 😫 I will still go back just change colour as tan was even and lasts a long time even though I don't like it.

Love the aesthetics of the place. Male therapist Jordan was fantastic! The Heavenly massage I had was super relaxing and the perfect pressure. Highly recommend!

When you walk in, you are greet with friendly staff. It has a lovely ambience. I had a massage and facial by the lovely Diedre. A relaxing and calming experience. My face had a glow by the end of it haha. Not sure what products they used but loved it. I wonder if its a Cocoon product? I'd buy it if I knew what it was.. Face looked refreshed. Overall, great experience and happy to recommend their services.

I discovered Cocoon a week ago and I have been back twice since. The staff are very welcoming and warm. I was extremely impressed with the inferred sauna. I usually have to exit a standard sauna within about 10 minutes due to overheating, but the infrared sauna was a completely different experience and absolutely delightful! The different light options for skin health and relaxation are amazing. I also loved that you can even catch up on your favourite programs on Netflix or stream music directly from the inbuilt iPad or simply sit and enjoy the rare sound of peace and quiet. Will definitely be a regular now.

The place is beautiful, kind reception but Honestly, for $80 just to do my nails/manicure, I expected well-done cuticles and at least a base coat before applying polish. the corners of my nails were left unpainted.

The massage was THE BEST, but it is the little things which include dusting/cleaning the toilet roll holders & cleaning behind toilet doors which gives a true meaning of cleanliness.

Such a wonderful experience at Cocoon Spa! My partner and I booked in for the couples retreat for our anniversary celebration.
