I had the best experience as this hair salon!! I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately, my regular hair stylist somewhere else had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. So, I walked in the next morning to echo hair and beauty as my friends went in the previous night and had good reviews. I came and met Esther and although they were pretty much fully booked, they were able to fit me in!! Which was so lovely of them. Esther did my hair and I definitely recommend her as a hair stylist she was so kind and very talented. She is the most gorgeous woman you can meet!!I really enjoyed speaking to her during the time. The price was very affordable seeming the time that they took on my hair and the amount of different products they used. I am so satisfied and happy with the product and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair done. Esther was soooo kind to me!! She blow dried and straightened my hair also. They offered me tea and coffee and made me feel so welcome even though I just walked in!! I loved the experience and I cannot thank you enough since my hair looks a million times more better xx

I had nit been to a hair dresser in 10 years or more. My hair is natural colour. I wanted to have some highlights for a change. I was extremely nervous about it but Ghazal (hairdresser) was so helpful, lovely & knew what to do! Very professional. My hair turned out AMAZING I AM SO HAPPY. Thank you xx

Naini is a talented stylist who takes the time to understand my hair type and what I'm looking for. She's always willing to answer my questions and make sure I'm happy with the process. I recently got my highlights done at Echo Hair and Beauty, and I was really impressed with the results, whether I was nervous at first since that was my first time getting that done. I'm also impressed with the customer service at Echo Hair and Beauty. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Amazing experience. Tomomi is super welcoming and definitely knows what she's doing. I really appreciated the amount of thought that went into the cut and the suggestions she made while noting my hair texture and personal preferences. It's my favourite haircut to date!

Have been going to echo hair and beauty for the last 10 years. Staff are amazing at what they do, very friendly and full of knowledge on not only women’s but also men’s styles and cuts. The pricing is very good for a salon in the heart of Norwood. 10/10 would recommend Naini and her team to anyone looking for a salon in the area.

Naini and her team were wonderful to me every time I went to their salon. I first came with very dark hair a few years ago, wishing for something a lot lighter and natural. Naini always listened to my concerns and gave me the best advice for my hair. I was never disappointed when leaving the salon. I'm not living in Adelaide anymore but I wish I still had Naini as my hairdresser.

I really liked how Esther cut and styled my hair. She knew exactly what effect I wanted and cut my hair to that. She came across as a good professional. Would highly recommend Esther!

My first time at Echo and was super nervous as last experiment at another salon was horrific, but was Ghazal amazing, she listened and had experience as she got my colour and cut right first time. Amazing experience! Everyone working in the salon was so lovely and laid back. Esther did an amazing job with my hair and made me feel so comfortable! I have very long, thick hair that is sometimes hard to cut/style. She knew exactly what she was doing and knew what would suit my face shape. Absolutely love my haircut! Naini and the team are fantastic! My mum cannot recommend Ghujal enough for her blowdry and great customer service. I have suffered from dandruff my whole life and have tried almost everything you can think of. I then tried their specialty scalp treatment and it has been amazing. Naini is so thorough and goes through step by step, explaining what she’s doing and why, plus also giving great advance to help with at home care and management. She is honest and realistic, and even with suggesting products, it doesn’t feel pushy like some places do. I did get the shampoo she recommended and it has been fabulous as well, and they don’t overcharge on their products either. I have just gone back for the month or so management session and my scalp was so much better she was so pleased, as was I 😄 and even that next session was never pushed on me, just recommended, and I wanted to go back because they did such a great job. The scalp treatment isn’t rough, I didn’t feel like I had been scrubbed harshly, which I have encountered with others. Naini is truly great at what she does, and the massage chairs at the basins are just an added plus 😊

Highly recommend this salon and would give them six stars if I could! I flew into Adelaide for a friend’s wedding and had my hair curled by Esther – it’s always nerve-racking trying somewhere new before and event, but I had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Booking online was easy at short notice and Esther did an amazing job styling my hair - I got compliments all night. She was super knowledgeable taking my hair texture into account and I really appreciated her extra care (I have damaged ends from bleaching). The rest of the team and Naini were all very friendly and professional. They really went above and beyond to make me comfortable, and even returned my coat interstate when I accidentally left it behind! Thank you again!

Wonderful service at this salon. I was an interstate visitor and even though the staff knew I wouldn't be a return customer, Naini went next level to make sure I felt pretty and rescued my hair. The salon have a great range of hair care products to choose from and services are very reasonably priced for exceptional service 😀. Wish I could come back regularly.
