I’m so sick of driving all the way there and the “ice cream” machine is broken, if it’s not that it’s rude staff that don’t listen or don’t understand English. My suggestion shut the business down you guys are absolutely no where. Very dissatisfied again!

Ordered on menu log. Said yes delivery available. Took my money. Turned around 2 mins later and said nope. Now I'm out of pocket over the weekend while it sorts out a refund. Whenever we try to order delivery it say no. But says it before you pay! Also, everytime we've been for pick up the food is stone cold.

Great location, much needed after so long in a little town. It is part of the OTR service station, with drive through convenience. Great set up with booth and lounge seats with charging stations. However in-dining area indoors and the courtyard dining is dismay. the service and atmosphere does not do it justice. Improvements needed with the overall housekeeping and cleanliness. Service with a smile also goes a long way.

We’ve eaten here a few times now and the food has always been tasty and fresh. Staff are friendly. Tonight I accidentally spilt a full soft drink. They came over while I was cleaning it up and told me they were happy to do it and replaced my drink even though it was my fault. Good service will always get me back!

Excellent quality for fast food. We did have to wait a fair while though.

service was pretty good. had enough time to drive down get the food and then have time before clocking in at lunch. shout out to old mate who got his $3.50 back and then proceeded to press the angry face 30+ times.

So idk if it was a joke or not but on Monday I ordered a double cheese burger meal and asked for no pickles and onions but wanted a slice of bacon on it. I opened the burger to find about 4 slices of pickles and basically a whole onion on it, without a slice of bacon as well. So I’m annoyed because I paid an extra dollar for a slice of bacon which I didn’t get but instead got a joke of a burger, I would of taken it back to complain but I didn’t have time as I was on break for my own work and they took about 10mins to get me the meal

This place needs a complete overhaul and start training staff. It has not even been open a year and nearly every order has had one or more mistakes. Complete incompetence and lack of accountability is clear.

Never going here again. Took an hour to get 2 simple cheese burgers. Place wasn’t even that busy. Absolutely disappointed, no reason it should have taken that long

I think the burgers are disgusting, the roll was like concrete, my burger had no maynaise and my fries where green which is actually toxic 🤔

Called in Monday 27 th, it was just after 6 pm, store was very quiet. Ordered my meal sat down to eat it. A friend I know called it to order her meal, she stood for about 5 minutes as there was no staff by where you order. No one served her. I suggested she move to where the food is picked up. The staff at this store basically sucks

So tired of them not getting the order right. Need more competent staff. Please look at the training for these people.

Most incompetent hungry jacks around! All the staff need to be trained better We have not had a single order through them that has been right and we’ve been through a few times now. We ordered biscoff storms today and they completely missed the caramel topping throughout so we complained and they gave them back to us like this 😂

Snotty passive aggressive employee keeps looking customers up and down with lots of attitude. Employees need to learn manners and need to act more genuine instead of being uptight and think they own everything. Train your staff better and hire people who have actual background experience in that industry.

Last time going there ask for chocolate thick shake get coffee ask for no Mayo get Mayo buger is cold not eating it and this is the third time it's happened there

Confused on the other bad reviews, being in twowells this is basically our only option unless you to make the trip to Munno Para, everytime I've been here food is always fresh, orders always correct and I've been here 15+ times, so has my Mrs. Personally I think it's people ordering online saying ready for pick up to early and there food just sitting there for 5 mins.

Onion rings were cold. Order a cheese burger with just the bun and meat and cheese and came with mustard and pickles. At ten a clock at night it was just us and another car restaurant was empty inside and yet terrible service.
