First visit, consult, and laser treatment. Extremely quick service, with knowledgable consultants. The laser treatment itself was very clean and very easy. I had a million questions and all of them were answered. Even the building was professional and clean. Looking forward to continuning my treatments here.

I have been going to this place for two years. I did Brazilian and upper lip. My Brazilian is alright but my upper lip is worse than ever. I never had so much hair on my upper lip like I do now. When I told them I don't wanna renew the package anymore, they sounded pissed. Not only they didn't pay me a refund for making my upper lip worse than before, they had the audacity to charge me for the last session too! I also had a thigh session in the system that I have no idea how got there cause I never did thigh! I asked them to redeem the upper lip charge from that thigh that apparently I've already paid for, but the girl said they cannot do that. So they charged me for a thigh I never did, and charged me for an upper lip session too!

Found out from my friends that there is an expiry on services if you don’t use them after 18 months. When I called to ask for an extension the girls were rude and said “it’s in your terms and conditions and on our website”. I signed up with silk at least 6 or 7 years ago, so should have been reminded when paying in bulk for treatments. I was basically told tough luck. I asked to speak to management and they gave me an email address. I emailed the manager and after a short time got the same rude reply. I’m not sure if the manager even got the email. Given how high living expenses are at the moment, I would have thought this business would have a bit more consideration and heart, but apparently not. Never going here again. Rang Elizabeth Silk with the same enquiry and they extended my service. Guess where I’m going from now on. 🙃

I had a great session with the Silk team particularly with the technician Pru, she was gentle and professional and full of information on the procedure, she definitely made me to return. Thanks Pru and Silk!

Had Laser Treatment at Prospect Clinic, my experience is all the technicians I've had so far have been pretty good however the best for me is Beant, her treatment was a little more specialised in how she communicated with me, it was clear that she wanted to be sure I was happy getting the best possible care she could provide. She checked in with me throughout the treatment and she marked what I thought were my problem areas. I felt like I got what I was paying for, value and care. Thanks Beant :)

The reason I come to this particular clinic is due to the wonderful services and treatment results I have from the nurses. I was hesitant returning after finding out nurse Danni have left but the new nurse Carina was amazing. I love her personality, honesty and she is very professional and good at what she does. I will definitely come back to see her again.

My session was with Kat, I was extremely nervous before my appointment but once I was there Kat made me feel so welcome and didn’t make me feel nervous or embarrassed at all. She was very re-assuring and kept asking about my pain level and made sure not to hurt me. The clinic is very clean & organised. All of the staff are friendly and the services are well priced. Definitely do not recommend. Good luck trying to cancel your appointment on time. Staff are always busy. I’ve called multiple times to cancel my app. Staff do not pickup I have left them a voicemail. Still get no show charged on my account.

I visited the clinic yesterday was 5 minutes late, staff person didn’t treat me well even in other times when i am earlier 10 minutes i have to wait for more than 5 minutes as per my appointment timing. She mentioned that i am late so she has to hurry, no humbleness, not welcoming. I told her its my first time, didn’t even offer any post care products, neither has mentioned any post care dos and don’t. I have to look online to get that. I personally asked her that last time i went there she recommended I have to get the post care serum, no product was offered neither she is aware what to be used after micro-needling. Even before I had the laser treatment, this could be my 5 treatment never experienced the blurriness in vision, she mentioned that it happens, i have got dry eyes after that and suffering vision problems. The only reason behind visiting to prospect clinic is because its near to my workplace, after treatment I can just go home directly. But i think now to have to move to a different clinic as there is lot of difference how other staff members treat their clients. Google has asked for rating, and has the restrictions that i have to give at least one star they don’t even deserve that too.

I have been following laser technician Deb for a number of years. Started off at West Lakes, Adelaide City then Hyde Park and now Silk Prospect and let me tell you, she is worth the travel! I have seen other technicians over the years and it just doesn’t compare to the specialised and quality service that Deb provides.
