Possibly the worst pizza I have ever purchased. The staff, in my opinion, struggle to converse with the customer, this flows on to their ability to present food that is not only edible, but also presentable. Disappointing.

So ordered a pizza after seeing it on a ad on TV as you do. Driver got lost hence cold pizza 🍕 luckily I have a microwave 🤣. Looks like pizza 🍕 was either dropped but caught or slid on arrival. Pizza was not cut in all directions luckily I have knives 🤣

If I could give zero star review I would. This store has to be the most consistently worst domino's ever. We had to wait one hour and 25 minutes for our order to arrive, then it was cold. Rang the store and was told the driver has multiple deliveries, not good enough. Service and customer satisfaction is not on their agenda.

Order a loaded supreme got a load of tomato sauce and no veggies. When I called to tell them I had gotten the wrong pizza i was told I was wrong and I got what I asked for. Considering how many bad reviews this store has I am surprised domino's hasnt shut them down

Never ever again will I order from Domino's ordered at 5.49 and didn't get my pizzas till 7.05 plus they were not cooked properly wish I could give a no star rating

Didnt supply the right pizza order, not cut through and no ham on a ham and cheese pizza. Top it off rang to offer feedback and sounded like they didnt care and argued i didnt order one of the pizzas missing even though clearly on the dominos website that i did, just wanted me to have another pizza, we dont all want another pizza we not some apology or concern in their voice

Ordered an extra large pizza tonight and the garlic prawn pizza was awful… didn’t expect the presentation to be that poor and the prawns to be RAW! at least cook it well. It was also covered in mayo, to the extent that it just fell apart, so sloppy. The cooking time was very fast, but honestly would have waited longer if I were to get better food.

The worst pizza I have ever brought,I ordered 3 pizzas one supreme a cheese burger and meat lovers the supreme had no pineapple or mushrooms and no capsicum,when I rang store they were very rude il never order from Munno para dominos again or from any other dominos. don't waste your money or time

The most disgusting pizza store i have seen i highly recommend you avoid this store,i have seen them drop toppings on the floor and add them to the pizza do not waste your money

Absolutely loved my pizza! I ordered a 'Fully Loaded Supreme' and it was delicious. Full of flavour with plenty of toppings. I also ordered the 'Cheesy Garlic Bread' which also was very tasty. When I asked about dessert, the young man recommended the new 'Turkish Delight' thick shake...... OMG! This was amazing, with whipped cream on top and chunky pieces of turkish delight. I absolutely loved it. The staff were very busy, being a Saturday night, but still greeted me with a smile and a hello. A friendly young lady, 'Rose' was on a break, having her own pizza - custom made. Says a lot about the food if the staff eat it too! When I asked what the pizza was called, Rose actually offered me a slice! Best Customer service I've received in quite awhile! I highly recommend you visit this Store.... I'll will be again!

Posting for a friend, I can not believe how she was just spoken to on the phone when finding out what was going on with her order and why wasn't she called to be informed that an item was out of stock instead being sent something completely different, The driver informed her partner that they could ring the store for a refund but because her partner said it should be fine they weren't going to give the refund to her, than turned and said "well why didnt he call her on his phone to ask if it was okay" His phone was in the bed room. The guy than laughed sarcastically to her and asked what she wanted him to do. He than said he would give her the refund and than hung up on her, 100% not buying from there

The owner should run his staff tru a hygiene class, I went there few days ago ,walked in to get a pizza, cook was kneading the dough,no gloves, took my money, no gloves,I paid but didn't collect my pizza, it's upsetting, especially now with covid ,like what's that ?? It scary, because it's allways busy there ,how do other walk in customer not notice it ?

Forgot I ordered a pizza, called to reorder knowing it was probably tossed. Got hung up on before I could order a new pizza. The stores gross and filthy every time I go in. Just avoid this one, go to the one on Curtis Rd. At least they don't pick their nose in full view.

Wow just wow, utter filth. Thin and wet, I ordered thin and crispy. I couldn't bring myself to eat it, was disgusting. Seriously, just go to one of the many local pizza bars in the area.

Wow just wow.... 40 minutes late..... Soggy yet burnt and cold pizza. Cold garlic bread. Had to call the store twice before actually getting anything delivered...... Extremely unhappy would rather they just come pick up all 6 untouched items an refund me this is just disgusting.

the pizza's from dominos were disgusting ham pineapple was missing pineapple and what was on the pizza slid off the base the triple cheese went straight in the bin smelt like vomit and taste disgusting there was so much oil on all the pizzas it leaked from the boxes that they were in will not be ordering from dominos again thumbs down.

Order said it had been delivered when it hadn't. Rang the store only got a "hello" i had to ask if i had rung Dominos when the phone was answered. When delivery finally arrived part of order was missing cash was offered for missing items. Pizza was cold and dry. Terrible service and terrible food quality!!!

The pizza is undeniably good but just about every. Single. Time We get more than one pizza they give us at least one completely wrong pizza and don't bother asking for no tomatoes because you're talking to deaf ears. Overall ok but a bit exhausting to deal with.

I want to preface by saying I'm only giving four stars because my lava cake didn't have icing sugar on it. It also looked like they had beaten it up and left it to bleed out in the box, but it probably deserved it. Other than this, absolutely 5 stars. The pizza was beautiful as usual, and the cheesy garlic bread was perfect. When I looked out the peep hole to see if they had arrived yet, I was greeted by the delivery driver sprinting full force towards the door. It was quite terrifying, but also hilarious and made our night. I've never heard a door knock with quite so much gusto either. It shook the house. Honestly dude, whatever you were on, please bring some extra for me next time. 5 star experience, and I would like all delivery drivers to be this enthusiastic, you've really set the bar quite high. Thank you.

Worst pizza ever. We bought 3 pizzas. They were cold, paid extra for pineapple on pizza lucky if there was 8 pieces on the whole pizza and hardly any chicken. No enough sauce on them if any Very disappointed

Ordered pizzas and the delivery driver left them on the ground and couldn’t b bothered to push the doorbell to let us know they were here….the pizza was warm not very nice and not cut properly. Won’t be getting from there again disgusting!!!

Horrible pizza ,brought two ham and pineapple no taste and supreme with tomato sauce and chill sauce put all over to top of the pizza when cooked I don't like chill never buy from munno para if I didn't live in the mid north I would throw back on the counter so yuk

Placed an order via doordash for delivery tonight. No communication was made when the 2 lava cakes I wanted weren’t available and was instead substituted for brownies which I had already purchased along with the order. So I ended up with 3 lots of brownies instead. Once the order had been delivered from the domino’s driver and being told we could ring up and request a refund if we weren’t happy with the substitutions, we decided to do that. We were met with a rude male on the other end of the phone call, after a tense conversation an agreement was made to receive my partial refund for the lava cakes and was then hung up on. Half an hour later (just after 10pm) a dominos worker showed up unannounced on my doorstep with a cash refund in his hand, ringing the doorbell which woke up occupants in the house. (I paid via card on the doordash app) The worker had come back to my house unannounced, which I feel like is an invasion of my privacy and my personal information. THEN 3 hours after the complaint call had been made, I out of the blue have recieved a missed call from the dominos store number at 12:32am causing me to be woken up. This is appalling behaviour and a completely unacceptable way to deal with customer complaints. Despite the majority of the rest of the food that was ordered being tasty and enjoyed this experience has made me not want to order from domino’s as a whole again.
