Placed
an
order
via
doordash
for
delivery
tonight.
No
communication
was
made
when
the
2
lava
cakes
I
wanted
weren’t
available
and
was
instead
substituted
for
brownies
which
I
had
already
purchased
along
with
the
order.
So
I
ended
up
with
3
lots
of
brownies
instead.
Once
the
order
had
been
delivered
from
the
domino’s
driver
and
being
told
we
could
ring
up
and
request
a
refund
if
we
weren’t
happy
with
the
substitutions,
we
decided
to
do
that.
We
were
met
with
a
rude
male
on
the
other
end
of
the
phone
call,
after
a
tense
conversation
an
agreement
was
made
to
receive
my
partial
refund
for
the
lava
cakes
and
was
then
hung
up
on.
Half
an
hour
later
(just
after
10pm)
a
dominos
worker
showed
up
unannounced
on
my
doorstep
with
a
cash
refund
in
his
hand,
ringing
the
doorbell
which
woke
up
occupants
in
the
house.
(I
paid
via
card
on
the
doordash
app)
The
worker
had
come
back
to
my
house
unannounced,
which
I
feel
like
is
an
invasion
of
my
privacy
and
my
personal
information.
THEN
3
hours
after
the
complaint
call
had
been
made,
I
out
of
the
blue
have
recieved
a
missed
call
from
the
dominos
store
number
at
12:32am
causing
me
to
be
woken
up.
This
is
appalling
behaviour
and
a
completely
unacceptable
way
to
deal
with
customer
complaints.
Despite
the
majority
of
the
rest
of
the
food
that
was
ordered
being
tasty
and
enjoyed
this
experience
has
made
me
not
want
to
order
from
domino’s
as
a
whole
again.
