The service is below the standard, we were provided with dishes that had stains and I asked them to change it but the waiter refused and said it’s clean and that’s what they can provide in a very rude way, I decided to leave the place because of the way of communication and cleanliness.

the pizza arrived earlier, you get two free ketchups which is very handy, tastes very good. not the BEST pizza i ever ate but it's definitely tasty

The best pizza cut in town,if you ask me! So this is regarding only their pizza! Cut is amaaaaaaaaaazing! Thick crust,their house made ketchup,which is a champ mmmmmmmmmm gotta go and try it! They also have thin crust and pancerota! Also,their whole pizza combinations are not bad at all, with Vojvodjanka and Novosadjanka leading the pack! Make sure to try their pizza!

If you are planning on coming here for pizza, plan to do so with a friend or better yet, come with a whole group of friends and on an empty stomach and order the biggest ones. They aren't too expensive and are quite good. I believe it to be the best experience when it comes to pizza here.

Every time I'm in Novi Sad, I have to visit this place. It became almost like a tradition. I always have pancerota - it's like a salty doughnut. They also have a vegetarian option. The best part is that you get their homemade ketchup with it. Super cheap and delicious.

Pizza was nice and bigger than we expected it to be... dont under stand the decor is fish and things to do with fishing and the sea etc Other than that the atmosphere was good and service was great.

Too busy and crowded. Full of customers. But that is ok, i didnt like ehen i ordered by phone and came to pick up order after that time they said i had to wait 10 more mints and then they prepared it...

Eating in this restaurant since I know about myself. Pizza and pancerota are always perfect and same over the years. Hope it will never change. Whenever I am in Novi Sad this is my must visit and eat pancerota place :) (with sweet ketchup) Kid friendly, have a parking place, not so expensive. Would recommend visiting.

Maybe the oldest pizza restaurant in Novi Sad. I can't say that it's the best one, but still has a huge tradition and they kept the quality of their pizzas for decades.

The food is delicious. Pancerota is one you need to try, deep-fried bread with cheese and ham fillings you can also take it on the take-out window next to the door.

One of the best pizzas I ate. It was absolutely delicious. The dough, the sauce and the cheese.. The atmosphere is not the best, not to my expectations for a good restaurant but that is just personal preference.

Place was open at 4 am and still serving hot food. A lifesaver for the weekend warriors.

Pizzeria Ciao is one the best street food places in all of Novi Sad. I used to live next door there to this place and would come for late night Pizza or Palacinke. You will not be disappointed with this place. Its not the best Pizza in the world but the pure convenience outweighs it.

Horrible delivery service. Today 05.11.2023 I ordered a pizza on Osvobozhdeniya Boulevard. Delivered in 2 hours. I asked to deliver quickly. In order to get the order had to go outside, as the courier could not get out of the car and bring the pizza, I paid 350 dinars for this service. When I went out, the courier was not on the street. After 15 minutes he came over and gave me the order. This is just a terrible service, I have never seen such a thing. Well, in the end, they mixed up the order. Instead of 1 capricciosa and 1 hawaii, they brought 2 capricciosas. But that's just the beginning, the order came cold! After, I had to call. To replace Capricciosa with Hawaii. I pretended for a very long time. that I don’t understand what I’m asking them for. But then they said they would change it after 2 calls. The best part is that the replacement arrived in 15 minutes, very hot and tasty.
