    * They actually donā€™t deserve any stars* Went there twice for a DOT random. First day? Sat for 45 minutes, left. Company sent me next day! Sat for 2.75 hours. They gave people their covid shots first, I got up and left! (Per boss) Ive been a driver for 22 years! Not once have I ever sat longer then 10 minutes waiting on a Random DOT test. Truck drivers are working on ELDā€™s we can only work so many hours in a day!! I will not run out of hours sitting in there clinic!! I donā€™t want to hear? They were busy, no they werenā€™t!!! Absolutely the worst

    Front office receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. They made me scream in front of multiple people standing around me that I have to get a COVID test. Not only does it make myself uncomfortable to tell multiple other patients what Iā€™m here for but I know it would make everyone around me uncomfortable as well. Especially since I called and had an appointment and they could look up the details from my name. I wouldnā€™t recommend this office to anyone with the horrible way the front desk woman acted. I should not have to scream my personal information across other people in line with at least 7 other people standing around me.

    front desk is notoriously rude, as well as the doctors being condescending and insincere. you can also forget any type of punctuality regarding appointments, donā€™t really see why they even require oneā€¦ truly an embarrassment of a healthcare facility and itā€™s saf to think that these are the people that deal with managing the publicā€™s health. grow some compassionā€¦

    I was there because my child had strept. Long story short. The nurse told my crying childā€ if you dont stay still, I will call 5 scary doctors to hold you downā€ multiple times as shes shoving the wooden stick to the back of the throat for the strept test. I told her that she is not helping and my child is feeling scared of her. She was very old, I dont remember her name.

    Doctor Khalid is very insensitive! I have a cough that is about 1 month and even when I take allergy pills they only reduce the symptom just a little bit. On top of that I have an infection and I have to take antibiotic and I request the doctor for me to work from home for 2 weeks while on med but she refuses. Guess what, today after I took the medicine I vomitted on my working table and lucky today I decided to work from home because my job is hybrid. If I had come to the office today then I would have had caused a mess! 2 weeks request for working from home, not 2 week request to take vacation! Why being so hard on the patient?

    This place (.Roselle road urgent care) is closed currently for some renovation. WHY IS THIS NOT ON THE WEBSITE? Itā€™s shows open on the website! NOT GOOD if you go there for something urgent!!

    True about the front desk staff. Extremely rude. The process for checking in is absurd. I was just dropping off lab work and it is taking 1.5 hours. They put my name down to check you in in order and don't even check you in until you say something.

    Dr. Khalid and the technician Linda ( I think) were amazing. First time coming to the doctors office in 5 years due to previous bad experience. Was very nervous and both people were so calm and patient with me.

    Receptionist at front desk very loud and unprofessional. Unpleasant approach bad attitude. HIPPA definitely was violated. She seems to have people issues. Needs to be reevaluated ASAP.

    Agree with others, the receptionist is very rude and doesn't explain anything. They really need to do something about this person with several people making comments. Very unprofessional.
