Sweet Green is so worth the hype. Checked out the new location in Schaumburg today . Real nice space with indoor and outdoor seating available . They have drive through options available as well. I loved the welcome cheers by the staff every time someone walked in. I ordered the crispy rice bowl and it was the perfect lunch for me. It was made of Blackened chicken, raw carrots, shredded cabbago, cucumbers, cilantro, roasted almonds, crispy rice, warm wild rice, arugula, limo squeeze, spicy cashew dressing. It was so refreshing and so filling without making you feel heavy. I could eat these bowls everyday. Check out the sweet green location and enjoy delicious bowls that are made with super fresh and tasty ingredient. Download their app and order away.

Frankly it’s just ok. It’s salad. Expensive salad. The line wasn’t long but the personal interaction takes an enormous amount of time. Waited for close to 20 min for the kale chicken Caesar. The food was good but not worth the money. I only wanted a cup of water but the dispenser wasn’t working. They offered no alternative except for buying a bottle of $4 water. No thanks. Basically I can make one of their salads for about a tenth the price. Not worth another visit.

Service was fast! Food was tasty The vegetables and chicken were definitely fresh! However, the bowls were too small! The harvest bowl was 3/4 greens and a little bit of the tests

We had to spend at least 10 minutes in an unnecessarily long line. There were enough employees present to service the customers but it was super inefficient and they were just wondering around. No manager in sight. No one was wiping the tables either. My Chicken Pesto Parm was supposed to have warm quinoa as a base but it was not there when I opened my warm bowl. I asked the person who made my bowl to add salad and he didn’t even apologize for totally forgetting it. It was very odd.

I like to try new restaurants and prefer the ones that offer healthier options and I was looking forward to this one as the options looked great and its really close to my job. I walked in at 8:05p, they close at 9pm. There was a long line with 8 people in front of me. Only 2 employees were serving food, one taking care of online orders and one the customers in line, while the other 5 were cleaning and getting ready to close. It took 25 minutes to get my turn and by then they had run out of some ingredients, one of the items I chose was supposed to have quinoa but had to settle for rice, not at all what I wanted and for the other item they couldn't be bother to cut some onion so again had to settle. I spoke to the manager to point out that it would be nice if they took care of the customers in line first, but he got defensive and didn't seem to care about the customers. I liked every ingredient in my food, it all had good flavor and I'm sure the food as a whole was good but it was cold and although the chicken had good taste, it was dry. I support trying to go home as soon as possible after a long day at work but not at the cost of paying customers. The 2 employees attending customers were great and were working hard while the rest walked around seeing the need and ignoring the customers. Clearly a bad management choice, they need to get their priorities straight.

The food was delicious. Nice to good with family and friends. In summertime you can eat outside. They mixed everything after you select. The service was really cool. It was our first experience at a Sweetgreen's. The customer service is priority. Its clean the space.

7/2023 4* The food was delicious. Nice to have lots of greens! Not sure if they mixed up the couscous with the rice or not. Not sure what I got in my salad. Was good. But not sure it was what I was supposed to get. The service was ok. But just ok. It was our first experience at a Sweetgreen's. And it was a bit pricey. The service was interesting. Took an extremely long time to take care of each customer. Part of the process I guess. But there were 3 people working on take out orders. 1 person on in house customers. In house customer line was 8 people deep. Took 15 minutes just to get to waited on. A customer in the building should always be your TOP priority. We were not. That was disappointing. I was totally impressed with the "compost" waste bin. I hope that is where it winds up. But that did impress me.

It was a nice experience. Since i am vegetarian, there staff helped me with patience to figure out the options i can have. I appreciate their efforts. Now coming onto the salad i had was Hummus Crunch salad, it was good. I also had a piece of focaccia bread. All in all it was a good experience but there are not too many options for vegetarians.

Sweetgreen is a fast food concept restaurant that is geared toward very healthy salad choices. It is both delicious and ingredients are super fresh and haven’t been sitting there all day! I ordered the Garden Cobb with blackened chicken. The salad was super fresh and the homemade green goddess ranch dressing was amazing. They give you plenty of ingredients in your salad and you can customize it too. Ariel made my salad and even tossed it evenly so every item was even in the bowl. They have hot salads/plates/bowls too for those not inclined to too many greens! When you’re in the mood for a really good salad then this is the place to splurge!

I don’t know. I hope it is isolated case, but this sweet green store needs some quality control. Missing ingredients in the bowl, the sauce (mixed in, maybe I should’ve asked it to be on the side) made the salad super salty (some heavy-handed folks there), I just can’t. The visual of the salad isn’t presentable (no pic taking this time), and oh man, I want to chug a gallon water after eating this salad- I don’t know why it is so salty and what’s more interesting, the associate squeezed a half lime juice into my salad, not sure if that’s the recipe or what. overall the salad is extremely salty, extremely sour, I just can’t believe what I paid 14 bucks for. I guess I’m not gonna eat at sweet green for a while from now…

i’ve been here 3 times now. previously, my orders looked visually beautiful and tasted great. the bowls were filled nice. but i just came today & my bowl was extremely skimped and not visually nice either. usually the ingredients are separated inside the bowl and it looks really pretty but today it was all mixed up. & there was barely any chicken or any other toppings tbh. the bowls usually fill me up but not today. service is always 10/10, just disappointed in the quality of food today :(

First time coming here. I’ve seen sweetgreen in various cities in America. I am glad I tried it. The food was fresh. The only thing, I was still starving afterwards and I’m not fat. I felt like going to Taco Bell afterwards and the prices are way too expensive. $41 for 2 people for a bunch of lettuce and kale. Not happy about that. And that soda (pictured) was nasty. If you like salads, this is the place. Expect to be broke afterwards. So it gets a 3 stars.
