Half the time the units are dead or out of service.. Can’t depend on this company. Customer service is no good .. all they do is reboot the systems.. Most of the time the Unit is either unavailable or throws Error Charging.. May god help Electrify America!!

Seems decently reliable, but it only goes at 67KW out of 150. Same for both my car and the guy charging before me. Yes, this only has THREE stations, worse than even the typical four, so you will almost always be waiting in line if you visit during a rush hour.

Rated at 150Kwh but only charged my vehicle at the average rate of 27Kwh. I tried all 3 charging stations. And as of today, 12/22/2022, all 3 stations are working.

7 out of 8 dead at Lake Zurich IL location. The one that worked was 20 KW !! Called Electrify and they said they are waiting for parts

Typical EA station. Nice that it's not far off the highway, and you can stop to pick up food at plenty of different places before charging. But there's not an easy walk to any food from the location. When I was there only two were working, but the next day all were operational again.

6/22/23 station 3 charge start error. Had it rebooted and started remotely, not resolved. Maybe a tech will come out soon. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 5/29/23 2 and 3 are unavailable, and have been for a couple of days. Bummer it's during a holiday weekend so no fixes until later this week. Last time I used station 1 it was charging half speed. 4/19/23 station 1's CCS is unavailable, so far the app has been reliable in showing which are down. 12/24/2022 one station was out of order for a couple of days last week, it looks like repairs are handled quickly again. I recommend using the charger as early as you can in the winter months to avoid a long wait in the bitter cold! More people need to charge more often so it gets busy in the evenings. 11/21/22 all 3 stations have been operable for the last three months. So far it seems that they are able to service them quickly. With the cooler weather and more frequent charging, I'm glad to find it isn't always busy here! 8/2/22 Currently stations 1 and 3 are inoperable. Station 2 is the only one working and it doesn't seem to be working for everyone. It's a real shame because I've only seen all 3 operational a few times in May and June, rarely in July and the problems are persisting into August. I work nearby and charge here every time I dip below 25%. Lately my last few charges have been at 44/45 kw. I drive a '19 BMW i3, so it maxes out at 50 kw. I do like that there's a Barnes N Nobles nearby with a cafe to kill time. I usually just sit in my car or enjoy the shade under the trees.

Works perfectly. Love the green ring lighting at night! Not in the center of the majority of the shops on this side of the road, so gotta walk a little if you have groceries.

Stations turn off by it self before finishing charge and then it starts charging money for idle time

Maps reports 5 chargers at 150kW. There are 3.

Never get charge faster than 40KW. One station is always down. Multiple reports through the app and no changing. It is starting to make me wonder if this is a way to get VW owners to pay beyond the 30 min included in plan. Electrify America is not Electrifying the NW burbs. Really disappointed.

There's 6 cables but only 4 parking spots. Currently they're only charging at 50kw and half the stations are down so only two cars can charge.

Been months and station 3 still has error messages when you connect. EA doesn’t care

Always full and fast charging are always “Unavailable”. And when you actually got a spot, it's 35KW. Not the fast charging 150KW it claims. What a joke.

36 kW is unacceptable for a fast charger. Has been like this for months. Go to another charge station

I am using this location for 18 months before this April all 3 stations was work very well. After that they reduced the speed to no more then 40 kw and never work always at least one it out of service. Call them many times reported , ZERO RESPECT. For this area like Schaumburg 3 stations they just laugh at us.

They claim 150kW, but the actual output was ~50kW. 50kW isn't that bad, but the claim was off by 200% so I can't rate them well.
