The gym is disgusting. It seems that they haven’t cleaned it in years. At least show some effort and appreciation for the residents and clean that dirty hole!!! And I’m not even talking about the parking lot. The pavement is cracking, the trash deposit is disgusting!! There’s no parking spot assigned to anyone. If you get late at night good luck if you find a spot near your building!! For almost $2k a mont for 2b1b(basic setup - no washer or dryer) this place is a scam!! I’ll be moving out asap!!

This place charged me $500 for carpet stain that was from roof water leak. Wasn't worth fighting since the new management was really rude. Hope more "real" reviews will be shared so no one lives in this horrible place. Comment to recent "Response from the owner": It's funny that they responded saying "Our team would certainly never want to charge someone for damages caused by something outside of their control"... but they did charge us for the damage that could have been prevented if they fixed the leaking roof in timely manner in the first place. Anyways, hope this post will help other's not to live here.

One of the best apartment communities to live in the Schaumburg area today. Given the current state of economy, Woodbury place is one of the most affordable to live in. I have done the research and as of today, Woodbury Place offers some of the more affordable rents in our area. On top of this, management makes sure you feel like your apartment is truly your home. In the almost 4 years that I have lived here, they have gone out of their way to give me nice hardwood laminate flooring, replaced my air conditioner, and installed a brand new shower in the master bedroom. Most places would make you wait months for such repairs. Mine were all done immediately upon request and with as little disruption as possible. The community itself is quiet, yet friendly. The amenities are plentiful, and one of the features I enjoy most is knowing my packages won't be stolen because they get delivered to a secure locker in the mail room at the clubhouse.

I lived in 2 apartments in their complex they are older apartments once you get in everything starts to fall apart needs to be upgraded both apartments had mold they address 1 with just painting the other was in the bathroom they never addressed I moved shortly after the basement apartment is damp you have to keep the air on in the summer to keep the humidity down which mold will grow the bedrooms are cold and when it snows they just throw salt on it coming out of the doorway

This place is awesome! Susanne, Tom and Lindsay in the office are amazing and always go the extra mile to take care of their residents. The maintenance staff are always super nice and willing to help in any way they can. All in all, a great place to call home.

THIS IS A RETRACTION OF A PREVIOUS POST. AFTER CONCERNS THAT I HAD WITH WOODBURY MY WIFE WAS IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED BY SUZANNE ON THE WOODBURY TEAM WHO ADDRESSED MY APPREHENSIONS HEAD ON. THE TEAM HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE TO MY FAMILY. MY WIFE HAS THE HIGHEST REGARD FOR THE MAINTENANCE TEAM AS WELL. THE INTENT OF MY POST WAS IN NO WAY MEANT TO BE A REFLECTION OF THE ON SITE MANAGEMENT.

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years, it is a nice place to live. The staff in the leasing office are great to work with. When I have had to put maintenance request in it is responded to within 24 hours.

Tom and Lindsay are absolutely amazing in the office!!! Enjoy working with them both!! Keep up the great work!

I have lived here for almost two years and they have never solved my leaking problem. I have already thrown away two pieces of furniture because they fill up with mold and no matter how many maintenance requests are requested... they never solve it!!! they always find a solution that within a week... the ceiling has mold and I WORK IN DEMOLITION AND I HAVE MY MOLD COURSES, they tell me that there is no mold and they want to solve it by just changing a piece without cleaning it in depth!!! I'm still here because I haven't found a place to move since they keep playing blind with their problems!! If you don't pay you get letters from a lawyer and they tell you that the maintenance is very separate from the rent! but how to pay for a place where it is insane to live??? IT IS NOT A GOOD OPTION TO LIVE UNLESS YOU ARE VERY DESPERATE BECAUSE THEY ACCEPT ANYONE!!! my neighbor moved out on a Friday and on Monday there were new tenants and now the whole building stinks of cigarettes, they didn't mind respecting the schedule and it was 11pm and there were people cleaning and making noise!!!! I REPEAT POOR ADMINISTRATION AND VERY VERY POOR PROBLEM SOLUTION!!!! as long as you pay they will ignore all the problems!!

I loved living at Woodbury! My husband and I ignored all of the negative reviews and gave them a chance- I’m so happy we did! The ladies in the office have always been friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance guys are awesome and so friendly!! They loved our dog and always stopped to pet her. The apartments are all updated and very nice. We had a few minor issues, but they were always taken care of immediately! We get a lot of packages so the lockers were very nice for us to make sure our packages weren’t stolen. The computer lab was a great amenity to have as well and I loved going to the pool- it was always clean. We ended up breaking our lease because we bought a house sooner than we expected to, but even that process was easy. We were worried about going to do that because it can be awkward, but Laura was so excited for us and so understanding! I highly recommend living here!!

The Woodbury Place Apts Staff are wonderful. Office staff help with our packages and Maintenance helps with garbage. We are seniors and disabled. Treat us like family!
