Went in on a Friday night and was welcomed by a very kind staff member. She was very accommodating and tried to help us as much as she could. The problem I have is that 3 of us were obligated to pre pay $150 for 3 hours on a bay and could not even get through 7 holes without the computers freezing up and losing our progress. I understand that things happen but food and alcohol here are not cheap and you’re paying a premium price for the simulator. My 2 guests and I were the only customers in the building from 7-10 PM. We spent another $75 on 2 frozen pizzas and two buckets of Miller light and a Diet Coke. I find it to be sort of outrageous that we HAD to pre pay to secure a round on a night when not even one other bay was being occupied. We were out of your establishment before 9 o’clock because as I said the computers froze 3 separate times losing our progress at hole 6,7, and 8. We were not offered any compensation and to me that just did not seem right. Very clean facility and kind staff. Unsure of whether I would come back or not. Thanks.

Great place and awesome employees! We recently had a fundraiser there and Don, the owner, was so easy to work with and was very accommodating! He even offered suggestions to make our fundraiser even more successful. The staff was also amazing and our party loved the variety of beverages the bar had to offer. Fun was had by the golfers and patrons alike! I highly recommend The Haven for a party, fundraiser or just a fun night out!

We were looking for something to do on a windy Chicago evening. My husband is an avid golfer and found this place. My husband and his cousin had a blast! Don was attentive and regularly checked in on us. We ordered pizza and tater tots. The prices were fair and the food was good. My husband already has plans to come back with his friends. We pretty much had the place to ourselves and it was kind of nice because Don catered to us. Everything was nice and clean including the restrooms. You should come check this place out especially since the weather is starting to cool down.

Great place to play some simulator golf in the winter. Don is the owner and really makes you feel welcome. I had a great time playing with friends, and the place is reasonably priced. If golf is your thing, give this thing a go.

We had a small family gathering at The Haven for my daughter’s birthday. Don, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming. He demonstrated how to use the simulator and was helpful when we needed it. A great time was had by all. He even surprised my daughter with some delicious chocolate chip cookies for her birthday!!! We will definitely be coming back again!!!

We had my husbands birthday here and Don was extremely accommodating to our party. The drinks and food were great and everyone had a fun time golfing too. We’ll be back again soon!

We hosted a birthday party at The Haven and it was fantastic! The simulators were great, the service was fabulous and the food was delicious. Highly recommend for any celebration or just for a low key day/night of indoor golf.

I have never felt more unwelcome in my life. I was a guest at a kids birthday party today. Don, the owner was there and constantly was nagging the guests at the party for the tiniest things. Additionally, our 4 year old was treated worse than that. Don yelled at our son multiple times for pretty much nothing. First one I understand. He was leaning on the golf bag holders. The second he had an issue with him leaning on the walls (I mean come on) the third time the party was over, music was playing, we were saying our goodbyes to family and our son was dancing and jumping on the green (not even near the screen). He had a problem with that and pointed for our son to get off the green as if he was a dog. And said you cant be playing here in a nasty tone, totally uncalled for to be speaking to a four year old like that. Don, maybe don't say "its fun for all ages" because clearly it's not. It's not enjoyable when you have to hold your child hostage on a seat, force him to play on an ipad and phone because he's leaning on a wall or dancing to music. Maybe disclose you don't want anyone there under the age of 10. It was extremely hard to enjoy the company of many people we haven't seen over the years. I can confidently say I will never return. Trust me the bar bill would have been so much higher and the tip would have been better had it not been for the treatment. You can tell Don has zero patience for kids. Maybe he doesn't have any of his own, and that would explain a lot. But if there was a way to give zero stars I would. If you are having an adults only party maybe this would be the place for you. But my recommendation is to not bring anyone under the age of 18 unless you want them constantly yelled at. My advice to Don, be better then that...
