I've been with the Joliet Clinic for 3 years and I have had an amazing experience. Dr Diana and Dr Jose Carlo are very professional, they know exactly where my body needs pain relief without me saying a word. The staff is friendly, Leo and Charlie have been amazing. After my first two months of treatment I decided to continue going for maintenance and I've been doing this twice a month since then. My mom had an old knee injury and one day at work all of a sudden was inflamed and needed immediate attention; she was not a patience but because I was already a patience, when I called the clinic to ask if they could see a new patience and explained what was going on with my mom, they accepted her immediately. I took my mom to the clininc and on the same day she received her first adjustment. I believe it's almost been a year and she's been a patience since then; she loves it. With the recent changes on their schedule, I felt discouraged because one of my appointments was canceled through text message with a very short notice (I usually go to get adjusted after work and I can make it to the clinic 5:30pm or after), but I was able to get there and adjusted. Dr. Diana spoke to the staff to change our appointment time in order to avoid receiving thise cancelation messages. Over all, I continue loving it #Teamcharlie

Dr Jose and Dr Diana are both wonderful. They take the time to really listen and help you. I took my son in as a patient and they helped his overall well being. I recommend them to everyone. They treat all ages which is wonderful

The most comforting and kind doctors, ever. Dr. Diana and Dr. Jose are true healers. I came in with bad back pain and after a couple months of completing my protocol, I can honestly say the pain is just about nonexistent. Best day of the week is chiro day! Their staff, Judy and Leo, are also super helpful and friendly :)

Dr. Diana and the staff at the Joliet office have been nothing but wonderful. My expectations were completely exceeded. I had lower back pain, shoulder, and neck pain. Dr. Diana listened to my health concerns and with just my first adjustment I felt instant relief. It was an incredible experience, I felt as if a big weight had been lifted. Give yourself the gift to get chiropractor treatment. I was hesitant and scare no doubt. However, the entire team make me feel at ease and relax. Answered my questions and took me by the hand. I was in pain inside and out. Now, I am doing way better. Still have a path to walk but it is not as painful as it was. I wish to be able to work out again. The Vida medical team relieved pain of years in a few weeks. Advice: Listen to your body. Trust the doctors. Their practice, study, experienced, knowledge is worth the investment of healing your body.

Being a patient for over 4 years I can say I admire Dr. Jose and Dr. Diana for the passion they have to help heal and educate our community. They are very knowledgeable at what they do and will treat you just like family. Thankful for all you both do and continue to do.
