Out of all the Hooter's restaurants the Schaumburg location is the best one I've been To. The wings were nice and juicy and crispy on the outside.the philly cheese steak is always on point with lots of flavor. Service was good.

First time ever at this location. And I have to say it was a bad experience. We had reservations so as soon as we got there we got sat right away which was good .. then the waitress took our order for drinks and appetizers.. as soon as we got our drinks she took our order for the food. my friends and husband order wings. I got the burger well done because I'm currently pregnant and didn't want to risk in getting sick for eating it medium well .. as we were waiting for our food the restaurant started getting busy. It was past almost a 1hr for our food we notice people that arrive after us got seated , food was serve to them and they were ready for their bill. And we were still WAITING!!!! according to the waitress the reason behind the wait was because I had as for a WELL DONE burger I didn't know it took a 1hr for a well done burger and if that's the case I don't understand why my friends Nd husband had to wait for their wings and fries. When we finally got our food I notice my burger wasn't even well done , they asked if I wanted it replace but why would I wait 1hr additional for a burger again. They took 12- off bill for the inconvenience but i notice they charged me refills!I don't think that was good customer service as a manager I would have offer free refills and not even charge the burger that wasn't even cooked how it should've been. I think it was a horrible way of handling the situation! Be careful when going here Bcus if something is wrong with your food they won't be able do much for you but to make you wait even more!

3 Mile Island flavor was my favorite at Hooters and now they have Ghost Pepper wings which is now my new all time favorite. The flavor has a hint of sweetness but the heat is out of this world!!! The wings are a bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it as a treat from time to time. I'm coming back for more later today! :)

Clean restaurant and the service was great. One thing, make a reservation. Luckily someone got up as I walked in so we sat at the bar but if they didn't it would have been a hour twenty wait. Reccomend

The staff was nice and quickly seated us. Their Covid-19 precautions are stronger than many restaurants these days as many of the staff wear masks and several tables are closed to provide separation for diners. The food hasn't changed but that is a good thing.

Our waitress was the best. So nice and understood our special requests. So refreshing to have a such a great experience!!!! Thanks Jim

Friendly in any aspect, the food taste good and the wings are amazing. Perfect place to have a snack, breakfast, lunch or dinner. Personally I don’t recommend to have a date over there “too many distractions” or if you want to break up….feel free to go there!

I thought I knew about bartending/customer service until I sat down at this bar and was attended by the one and only MADDIE. She dished out a superb experience and her attentiveness is setting new standards. I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing a bite, you’re lucky if you are taken care of by MADDIE. Amazing experience and great food, will be back.

Ordered through Uber eats like I always do and called the restaurant right after I places the order to make the sauce on the wings 911 cause there isn’t an option on the app. The girl said no she can’t do that than I said this is the only way cause there isn’t an option. She suppose Went to ask the kitchen and they said it’s done. That is impossible cause I called 2 seconds after I ordered it. I asked her to please add a side of 911 sauce and said she can’t cause there isn’t a way to add it on the app. I told her I would make a payment through the phone and she said no. This is so disappointing that she made no effort to help my with just a little of the sauce. Hooters killed my night because of her. Sorry but I’m giving you guys 1star for pissing me off.

What happened to this place. The staff was awkward and not very friendly. The food was okay, but not good. Please help raise the vibrations in that place. Hooters was a place to go and get wings and a beer in a good atmosphere, not this one. I wouldn't recommend the Schaumburg location. Maybe we will have better luck at another location. I will give it another try soon.

Server was not very friendly. It seemed like she was in a hurry to leave. She was rushing us to order. Then she would go to a different table and stay there talking with the customers for a long time. I had to ask a different server to bring me a side of fries, because she was taking a while to check up on us. The food and drinks were good.

This was my first time visiting a Hooters restaurant in about 20 years. My boyfriend and I ordered the cajun, honey bbq, and medium wings, along with the curly fries and fried pickles for an appetizer. Our favorite was definitely the medium wings. The Cajun was pretty bland other than having kind of a black pepper flavor to it, and the honey BBQ wings were too sweet and saucy. The fries weren't very hot, but the jalapeno cheese dip we got on the side was pretty tasty. The fried pickles were really good though.

Great location! Maria is a fantastic server! Love the location near Woodfield Mall, and I like how this location didn't change so much, like O'Hare / Higgins.

Did not disappoint! my second time being here this time it was my 14 yr old birthday they sang to him and took pictures with him and all my boys which was nice the waitress were very nice and efficient! a lot to see inside big parking lot bathrooms are nice and clean! we got a table and its a decent size place they were getting full as the evening went on so there is a lot of tables to sit at! the waitresses are beautiful here so thats always a nice sight to see my boys loved it it was their second time at a hooters the first time they were younger so they dont quite remember but this was a good night! definitely coming back this location is schaumburg was a 10/10

The server that we had her name was Jessa and she was literally amazing! We had a party of 7 including small children! She answered every request with a smile and did so in a timely manner! I was extremely impressed. We had a wonderful lunch date and the food was delicious! Thanks again we will return!!

Foods fine I guess..staff is lame. I had more interaction with the dry cook then our server…missing items in our takeout order…waiting prob 30 min longer then necessary out bag was sitting right in front out us. Was willing to spend more money on beer and so we’re my friends but we were never re-approached while we were there.

The waitress forget my taters and gave me fries instead and forget my drink. And the boneless wings were not that good. But the food came out quick and the staff are very nice. And you get a Frisbee with your meal.

This was my first time coming to Hooters and I was very satisfied. The waitresses/hosts were friendly and attentive. Staff was looking great 😉.

It was good, but their food is even better. Our food came pretty quick and I LOVE their original hooters style honey bbq wings. One thing I don’t recommend is their shrimp, and this is coming from a picky person by the way. Their lemonade is sooo good, and you get FREE refills on them!The place is nicely decorated for the holidays, and it’s not too cold but I recommend a thick jacket.

When we walked in it was busy and there were a lot of families, which is to be expected on a Friday night. We were told the wait was 15 mins but we were seated in less than 5 mins. Our waitress was attentive and the food came quick. When you sign up online you get 10 free boneless wings for your birthday! Which is the same deal as wing Wednesday’s. My only complaint is that the drink I ordered tasted like it was watered down and not strong at all.

Food was absolutely disgusting! If i could give 0 stars i would. We asked for their og hot, and we got this. Dry, oily wings. The fries and wings were also put in the same container, and all mixed up by the time i opened the box. They didn’t give my side of sauce as i requested either. TERRIBLE!!

Wanted to enjoy a nice tasty dinner with my friends but guess went to the wrong place. Ordered traditional medium wings and they tasted like chicken nuggets from Mcdonalds. No silverware was offered therefore we told Chloe about it and she took about 15 minutes to finally give us the silverware so we can finally eat our food cold since it was cooled down by then. If you want to visit hooters next time bring your own silverware and sauce for very dry wings. Another thing is we wanted to get dessert but before we can order any Chloe placed the check on our table without asking if we wanted anything else like any other server would do.

We were coming in to eat and when we realized they were busy we decided to get our food to go. Totally willing to chill and wait while having a few beers but the service was terrible. It took a while to get the first beer and would have ordered another plus shots but the bartender was too busy and didn’t really pay attention to us. The manager himself walked passed us multiple times while we tried to get our bartenders attention and avoided eye contact with us. Seriously, we were the easiest tip to make especially for a Togo order (which we usually tip 20% anyways) but we were totally neglected.

Great food, atmosphere, but, getting too expensive when it costs $75 with tip for 3 to eat & not get any appetizers or liquor!
