Very poor service. There was no wait or any other customers yet I was still waiting for 3 employees to stop chit chatting to assist me.. didn’t even get a greeting when walking in or ordering. The girl just nodded their head after standing at the register looking at us for a minute without even a hello. I’ve worked in the food industry myself and know someone could be having a bad day but this was borderline rude. The customer service may be terrible but juice’s are great. definitely will be changing locations would rather make the 20 minute drive than to come to this place

I’m not surprised this place has been getting terrible reviews in the recent months. The employees there are very disrespectful. I was publicly told off in a very rude manner by one of the employees. I wasn’t going to stoop down to her level so I immediately asked for the manager. The on duty manager did not seem to care that her employee was being unprofessionally rude to a patron. While I was trying to have an adult conversation with the manager the immature employee continued to profusely rant false accusations towards me. All in front of the other patrons, as well as my family. I promise you that Jamba Juice lost a lot of customers from this, however, it will not end with just that.

Delicious every time, the best smoothies by far. The staff is nice and makes them great every time!!

I spent $20 on a small Caribbean passion smoothie and vanilla sky bowl, the smoothie was horrible and the sky bowl was no where near $10 it was just ok, I will never go back there.

The service here is awful. The blonde woman Kylie was incredibly rude and made my order wrong. Will not be frequenting this location anymore. This business needs more training for its incompetent employees.

First time going I ordered a LG Mega Mango. Very Tasty and fresh

This store used to be my preferred store but in the last few months it's gone pretty far downhill. Smoothies are often underblended with not enough liquid and fruit chunks lining the bottom of the cup. Sizes continue to get smaller and prices have gone up to at least $8 for a medium.

Only 2 juices to pick from. The orange, carrot was good, but I would hope for a green option.

When I asked how much the total was, to find out remaining gift card balance, after having to use 2 gift cards though, she kept saying my total was "like around 9 dollars" and then said it was "like 9.23 something like that" ... but it was a good smoothie

I miss the old Jamba juice where you go see friendly employees and good customer service . I went to Jamba juice to get a chunky strawberry. The employees behind the counter didn’t bother to greet me and had to repeat the order 3 times cause the music was too loud and you can barely hear anything . My chunky was too watery I told her to make it chunky I paid $11 for something good to eat not to throw away. The girl didn’t like it when I said it is too watery she added more fruits and I had big chunks inside. At the end she gave it to me and didn’t even thank me .

25 minutes is a little long to wait for a bowl when there was only one person at the register ahead of me. The place was messy and looked like it had been really busy. One guy did nothing but dishes while I was waiting, one girl left and her replacement started cleaning too. Maybe they were prioritizing online orders but it sure left everyone there feeling slighted. My son says the bowl was good, but the station it came from was pretty trashed.

This place is OKAY. had the mango smoothie and a peanut butter one. Mango was okay -- peanut butter wasn't great. For 2 drinks costing $17, you'd think it would be amazing. Wouldn't come back.

Closed at 8:23. Supposed to close at 9. Person working left as I was walking up (not in a hurry). Busy sidewalk and street traffic around for more business. Jamba Juice you can do better.

A girl behind the counter chit chatted with other girl, not concentrating on making my four orders and she ended up with not putting any banana in my all four orders. My order was pb banana protein. But she just put a lot of protein powder only. She also threw empty milk cartons on the floor after that before her customer. On top of that, her tone of voice was not kind to her customers. What kind of work ethic is that?

The smoothies from Jamba Juice are always good. We had the Peanut Butter Moo'd and Greens and Ginger smoothies. They both were delicious!

I got the classic smoothies razzmatazz and aloha pineapple. The razzmatazz tastes like a starburst while the aloha pineapple is a more subtle taste and thicker blend. I am curious to try other items though since it is my first time and it's off to a good start.

I did online delivery through Jamba Juice app and I got my order 40 minutes late. Smoothies were like water and when I asked for refund they said it’s not out responsibility it’s Door Dash’s. I said I didn’t use door dash but somehow I only got refunded 3 dollars. Don’t lie to people.

I get the orange Dream Machine and it might not be the most healthy drink but it tastes like a better orange dreamsicle Good place, good drinks and service, highly recommend
